Basic. No a lot to say. The Internet was super fast! And the sheets and bathrooms are clean! A 
good budget hotel to rest for a night after driving for a whole day on the trip to lion rock. Also it is on the major road and easy to find. You will not miss it. 条件简单。但是房间比较干净。重要的是网速超快。在大路上很好找。不贵。适合做短暂休息。床很大。家庭旅游很方便。

Good budget hotel

We came here with a group of 9 people and we stayed in 4 rooms. The rooms are good with comfortable beds, however there are no English TV channels (or even sports channels and this was important since it's Olympics season) and there was wifi connection but extremely slow speed so the group opted to use their data plans instead. Thankfully there is air con which is a definite plus but it can be quite far from general civilisation (30 minutes to Sigiriya). Our room was a bit annoying as the power kept tripping. An iron was available upon request. Many many many bugs in the bathroom and a friend even had a frog in his. 

Not the best 

I have stayed here with my friends during my recent visit to Dambulla and Polonnaruwa.
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Food was up to the standard and reasonably priced. 
Needs more improvement in the garden area because it was full of dust. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained.

Good place for a short stay

This is a new place opened just a couple of months ago. The location is about 2 Km  away from the city centre, but relatively close to the historic Dambulla Temple. Situated with a sprawling garden, it has a few rooms for over night stay with Air Conditioning, TV and attached toilets. A relatively big dining cum reception hall stands in front of the rooms, which also has a small conference hall. Meals are provided at very reasonable prices which are clean and tasty. There is also a food outlet near the main gate just adjoining the road which serves take away meals till night. A small  reception centre for incoming guests is located in the front lawn. Patronized the place for a late night BBQ dinner in the garden and everything went off nicely. This is a good quiate place worth trying especially for Budget Tourists.

Value for money

This is one of the hell we ever visited,
Utterly disappointed service with a bunch of 3 rd class buggers. The owner is a piece of garbage,
Never know to talk a guest,
Food was rotten
And their attitude like
Food is ready
Eat if you want
Or getlost
Never try this place🤮🤮

Never try to visit this

The most horrible place we have ever visitedted, a bunch of third class morons will run the place with poor service with utterly disappointed service,
The owner was disrespectful 
With a poor attitude towards guests,
Food was rotten and
Too salty and spicy. 
Staff don't know to treat a guest
Even dont know how to talk 🤮
