Precis vid vattnet med egen brygga. Magisk utsikt, mugnt och skönt. 15 min trevlig promenadväg till Kungshamns hamn med restauranger och affärer. Toppenservice.

Right by the water with their own jetty. Fantastic view. Nice and quiet. 15 min nice walk to the harbour of Kungshamn with restaurants and shops.

Västkustspärla / west coast gem

his is a really quiet hotel, very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Continental breakfast was good with lots of selections.

Nothing bad to say about anything.

The only downside if any is there are only two parking spaces, but there is a large free public car parking area within 5 minutes.

Overnight Business Trip

The view from the room window was breathtaking marvellous. I couldn't believe my eyes! The room was not so special - it was like staying in summer cottage - but the view overrided everything else. The bed was firm and comfy and the breakfast tasty. I would have needed some upgrade in the bathroom.

As other travellers already mentioned, the location of the Hotel is great. Directly at the seaside. We had great view from our room. The room itself was small, but had everything we need during our vacation. The Hotel does not have a restaurant. You can either walk/drive downtown for restaurants or buy some food and take it back. We bought fresh shrimps and just sat on their lawn outside enjoying the view. 
Hence, overall a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely come back.

Great location, comfortable stay

Stayed here for a night on the way through and it is a very nice establishment.  The owners are helpful and the breakfast is adequate.

There is plenty of free parking nearby.

Unfortunately internet was not working when we were there but it should normally.

quality accomodation

When you visit the west coast in Sweden, please visit Smögen o Kungshamn. If you wish a cozy and nice hospitable accommodation, I think you should contact Hotel Fisketången, which is located directly by the sea in Kungshamn.

This small hotel offers a quite and relaxing environment. Located right by sea,  with the boats passing by some 20 meters away. It is possible to take a swim from the berth just outside your window, fantastic. On the other hand rooms are very small and the standard is ok but not more. The breakfast is low standard for the hotel price . The management are serviceminded but they haven't managed to do location justice and no money invested in making things cosy. No sun chairs or similar. Old furniture and need of repair at many places.
