They called me on beforehand to advise on the code for entering the building, and the choose a fourdigit code based on various revolutions !
Nice touch !
Extremely small room with a sink, loo and shower in the hall.
I was one of four guests and the only male, so getting a shower in the morning did not require a wait.
Reasonable price and value for money, smack on the harbour with late evening sun pouring ino the room !

Not the Ritz, but served its purpose

We stayed in this hostel for one night. They have 12 rooms with 40 beds in total all of them offer private basin. Showers and toilets are in the corridor. Room was pretty small but very clean. The location is on the centre of Grebbestad and only a few hundred meters from the busstation. They have a view towards the sea and so did our room. There are balconies towards the sea for everyone to use. There is a large shared kitchen and television room on the top floor. They dont offer breakfast but we found a nice cafe in the neighbourhood serving breakfast from 8 am called Cafe Sjögrens i backen. It was really nice with old interiors. The west coast of Sweden is very expensive when it comes to hotels so this can be a good alternative.
