We had a short stay in the two bedroom apartment just before New Year. It was an absolutely delightful experience. Spotless, full featured and fully equipped. Management company provided excellent service and went out of their way to meet us on a Sunday afternoon. 
Added bonus was the housekeeping. We weren't expecting our beds to be made and the towels folded, etc so imagine our surprise when we returned back after a long day walking around to find the washing up done and the beds made - thank you! 
Excellent location, right by the buses, the lake and a 5 minute walk from the station. 
Would definitely stay here again.
PS There is a  COOP supermarket literally across the street.

New Year 2020

Is the best place ever. Perfect location & admin. Clean and elegant. Its with balcony and u really feel its ur home..they offer you transbortations and tell u the tourist places. Its amazing.. Love it.

The best ever

Well .. let’s start with the management who welcomed us .. they are very friendly .. 
the apartment is very good .. very clean .. and was good for a family of 5 .. the view was wooooow .. the location is great .. you can go walking all around .. if you want to drive it is two minutes drive only from the famous places .. I would highly recommend this place ..

Highly recommended

The city centre to be precise is the perfect place for a family. Equipped with all facilities with top notch service. The best part is tonhave a top floor with a view of the lake from the balcony with a sitting capasity of 6. 

One stop away from station at Montreux and suoerb security service. I am sure to come again. 

Perfect apartment forna family

We stayed one night. Even tough we had to check-in really late because of the traffic we had on the road, we were welcomed very nice. 
Our room was huge! And we had perfect sight over the lake. The hotel promises you can see the lake in every room, that’s true! Our room was at the back of the hotel. 
The breakfast in the morning is a buffet. You get a lot of choices and they make eggs for you on the stand. 
We would recommend this hotel when you visit Montreux. 
We were sorry we had to stay just one night and that we had to go early the day after, we wanted to enjoy the facilities a little bit more!

Awesome view

The apartment we stayed in was very clean, comfortable and well presented. Its position was great and close to some good restaurants. The view from the balcony was over the lake, and very relaxing. The only downside was that there was a bit of mould around the shower area, which was not great when you have kids.

Very well presented and great position

Lovely clean quiet modern 1 bedroom apartment with a terrace. Sofa bed for children in living area so not able use living area once it’s their bedtime. Check in process a bit slow compared to a hotel. We wanted to use the apartment safe but staff couldn’t get it to lock and we had had enough of waiting around. Electric blinds /air con/fan not explained so wasted time trying to work out the various switches and dials. 10-15 minute walk from train station and supermarket, longer walk than advertised.
Our most expensive stay during 2 week trip around Switzerland, was very nice, but not the best value for money. Unfortunately Montreux doesn’t have much choice for families compared to other locations.

Very nice apartment, but...

I made a free cancellation booking against my credit card. They charged the whole amount without authorization. I have been trying to get a refund. No response or redressal. They have made me call them multiple times. Sometime it's a holiday, sometimes the accountant is unavailable. It was a large sum that has been charged against my cars. Pls don't trust them

Untrustworthy and unresponsive

The short version: we stayed here in the spring, and the unit is not as advertised — simply unrecognizable! — and good luck getting your security deposit back. Now the details. Instead of the second-floor unit pictured and described, with a modern, open floor plan, a light-colored kitchen, and a beautiful view, you will get an outdated layout with ugly purple furniture and the kitchen blocked off with a solid wall, and the view of the lake will be nonexistent as it is completely crisscrossed with trolley wires. The apartment overlooks the main street, so be prepared to wake up around 4:30-5:00 in the morning. Be ready to be insulted when you have the door closed in your face (literally) when coming to ask a question, because the guy’s “workday is finished.” Finally, we requested to move into the unit we had booked — the one pictured — and were “kindly” told that we could cancel our reservation, with no alternatives offered. The icing on the cake was the struggle to get our security deposit back. Folks, there are plenty of other reputable places to entrust your vacation with; think twice before you book here
