Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Switzerland hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Reception is occupied from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (subject to change).
When the reception desk is not occupied, guests are assisted by a 24 hours remote assistance (From Monday to Sunday). Please follow the steps below to do check-in :
1. Ring the interphone (on the left side of the entrance door). A receptionist will answer and open the door from a remote location.
2. Follow the instructions of the receptionist that will be communicating by telephone (inside, on the small table).
3. Indicate guests' name (or the name of the person who made the booking).
4. The receptionist will give a 4-digit code, which must be typed on the white key box, followed by the # sign.
5. Then take a room key. |
