What was good

The ladies at the reception were incredibly helpful and patient. One of the ladies helped us with our late check-in, and overall our interaction with them was great! The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the shuttle station from Tasch, as well as close to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise gondola.

What was bad

The hotel was extremely noisy which prevented us from being able to sleep. You can hear the guests on the floor above you and tourist groups loading large suitcases in shuttles early in the morning. The shower in our room wasn't draining properly. The hotel servers in the breakfast area, especially Satty, were extremely rude and not helpful when asking questions about the breakfast options.
