The Location was Super. You could go out the Back Gate and be at the River and Market in 1 to 2 minutes.  Walking Distance to the City Market and Amphawa Market.
We parked our car for 2 days and enjoyed what Amphawa had to offer.

Room was fine, clean and Thai Breakfast was good.  We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Great Location in the Center of town

The rooms were well appointed and spacious. The resort has nice gardens but is very close to a busy road. You can walk to the floating market in five minutes but be aware it only opens at weekends! Breakfast was a little disappointing.

Nice rooms, close to market

good location just 5 min to floating market by walking along river side. Small local resort just 8 rooms for 2, one bungalow for 5-6 and one bungalow for 2-3. good outside decoration and ok for cleanness, air condition quite small for 5x5 sq m. room.  Pipe water is brackish water (I got from google for this vocab) (meaning salt water and fresh water mix).
Overall is fine for me one con is mosquito.....be prepare, take OFF with you.
Staff are very nice and kindness 
Breakfast just fine, they provided chicken rice or fried pork with rice which good taste, from local merchandise.  Tea, coffee and bread are prepared also, My friend, vegetarian asked for fried egg.  No addition food even you willing to pay.
Resort is suit for couple and friend, it is not comfortable for family with child.

good location

This guesthouse maintained their premises very well and it was nice to walk in the yard admiring various flowering bushes, wall carvings and other decorative structures such as resting buffaloes.  The back gate was open until 10 at night and it led to the Amphawa  floating market just in the walking distance. If you come later than 10 p.m you could still get in by ringing the bell.

Rooms were spacious, clean and were air-conditioned. Room price included breakfast which was white rice with some Thai curry, a fried egg and some vegetables. Bread and crackers with butter & jam were also available if you wanted breakfast before 8 a.m. Tea or coffee was available with sweet-condensed milk. They also provided free drinking water. In addition to the floating market on the weekend, there were several small eateries near by. There was also a great hairdresser in the walking distance where I could color my hair and get it cut for just $18!

The guesthouse was right by a busy road and it was pretty loud until late at night. Although there was a water heater attached to the shower, it did not seem to make the water hot.

All in all, I thought it was a good place to stay for a couple of days.

Nice green place close to the Amphawa floating market

The resort is just about 100 meters to the floating market. The place is on the main road and easy to find.  It's not on the river side but it has shady and peaceful green garden with lots of table and benches for you to sit and write or read. The WiFi here works very well, fast and smooth. The room is spacious and nice. The breakfast has one main Thai dish, and self-help toast and tea/coffee that you can take as much as you want. 
Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. During my stay, there was one staff that frowned when I asked for help, but that's just one person (and maybe she had a bad day) so I will not count that. The rest of the staff are fine. They tried to give me good advice and offered help with this and that. If you come to small local Thai resort like this, don't expect professional well-trained staff like four or five star hotels, but they are good local people who do their best to help you have a pleasant stay. They may seem too casual at times, but that's normal around here. 
Overall, this is a good choice to stay if you want to visit Amphawa Floating Market and take boat trips to see firefly. It's close to everything and it's a nice place. However, be aware that this place is right on the main road and the sound of cars passing by will be heard all day, even in your room. Also, the shower in my room has heater but it didn't make the water warm. Oh well...that's about it. The rest are fine.

Very nice budget place close to floating market

The hotel is in a very good location, a few steps away from the Amphawa Floating market, and even closer to the mini-van kiosk that does the BKK run.
The owner, Khun Adam very kindly helped me with boating arrangements to visit Wat Bang Kung.
The downside that cancels out all the positive aspects is that the hotel is also situated right next to the busy and noisy street that runs through the town. For someone as noise intolerant as me, it was neither restful nor comfortable.
