Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. At the property, electricity and water are paid separately, according to the meters.
To receive the keys guests will need to come to the office, which is close to the apartments, and check-in. The office is open from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. If guests have problems with finding the office or need late check-in service (free before 09:00 PM, after 09:00 PM the cost of late check-in is 500.00 THB), they are required to contact the manager by phone number indicated in the voucher, or using messengers (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Line).
Upon check-out, the guest additionally pays:
