An amazing golf course, good Hotel rooms. 
Unfortunately the F&B management is not up to the tasks. Whereas the quality of the food is good, the fact that many items are not available is rather disappointing. 


Golf & leisure 

Three hours away from Bangkok. Course at the foothills of some mountains resp. hills. Still relatively green for the dry season but also had quite a number of dry spots.
A lot of nature, some slightly hilly fairways and some of those quite tight. A lot of OB because of oncoming fairways.
Greens surprisingly slow for Thailand. Not an easy course.
General condition of the course and the facilities just average.
There is a hotel on the property which was completely booked by Koreans. So you better check the booking situation before you drive up there. It can be very busy as greenfees are very low.

Far away but busy

Very popular with Koreans. I was the only Farang. There were approximately 200 sets of golf clubs in the lobby. Their website says “Luxury Hotel”.  10 years ago perhaps. Today it is simply not true. The website isn’t an accurate reflection of the current state of this place. It is very run down. Deluxe King room booked. Nothing Deluxe about it. Uncomfortable bed, two single duvets! Cracked worn furniture, light and telephone not working. Dirty  shower/bath. Water at its hottest was just lukewarm. Very loud split A/C, so loud you can’t hear each other on the balcony with it running, also loud in the room. A/C control fixed nearly 3m off the floor making very hard reach to turn off. I’m 180 cm. Only alternative is pull the key from the slot which shuts off everything. The golf course was busy and Restaurant/bar closes at 5.30pm!!! Course looked nice however after watching the glacial pace of play I decided to give the golf a miss. Given the weather forecast didn’t fancy a 6 hour round. Breakfast was ok. Staff where lovely and helpful. 1500Baht including breakfast! Probably better and cheaper hotel options in Kabin Buri.
