The staff there were AMAZING made us feel like family. The lifeguards were also very kind and helpful in everyway. Night time entertainment was really good the dances were amazing. Would like to say a MASSIZE thank you to all the animation team and lifeguards for making it the best holiday ever 😊

Took my 2 kids and had an amazing time!staff were friendly ans the food was very good and clean,so much to do there and waterpark was amazing too,would Def go back there.The beach is 2 mins away and it's very clean and plenty space.

Loved it!

our experience started with a delayed coach transfer - of three hours. we booked with Thomas Cook; but this was not relevant as soon as you land in Tunisia - there was no rep or guide. We had a 6 year old who needed the toilet and our wait to leave the airport was so long, she could not leave the coach or go on board... distressing. Our stay varied - the ententainment staff could not have been more helpful but we could not visit the beach due to agggressive salesmen, we found the men on the beach intimidating and nasty as the week went on - but the food and sevice in the hotel was superb. I would highly reccomned this hotel to families with young children as the entertainment and hospipitality was exceptional but choose your dates wisely - second week of Easter on is good. We were approached on many occasions by forward members of male staff - we were just two girls sharing a hoiday - so watch out females - or welcome it! hammamet is well worth a visit and scratch up on your french if you are staying. Em x

enhoyable but not for females abroad!!

we waited 6 hours to have our rooms and then you'll have a hot and little one. and also a bad reception and stuff dont speak english and you cant comunicate whith them and the food is so bad and there isn't many choices and the same type of food is repeated everyday and also the rooms smells sooo bad

dont waste your time or money

My family and I got dumped at this hotel instade of the hotel I booked at the carribean World hammett tunisia. I booked with Travel Republic on the 18/2/2013 and went on the 05/04/2013. my hotel was closed and had been before I booked. The Venus hotel was not very good. the waster slides where being rebuilt. One off the kiddies pools was closed. Path ways where being done. the food was cold and was not very nice.The all inclusive was terrable beer tasted like soda water with brown die in it. the vodka was undrinkable. The first room we where given was dirty unclean. the balcony was unsafe. it had a wooden handrail that was lose and wobberl and had atable and chairs with paint flakeing off them. the fridge was dirty and you would not pu pet food in it let alone humanfood. there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room and was very small for 4 people. the beds where on concrete slabs. I was given a diffirent room that had a 2nd room next to it with a door going from from room to room which you could only open from one side. beds where rock hard and so where there pillows. reception staff spoke little english so could not help me with my complaint about htis being the wrong hotel. I had to find out about the childs pay room for ny self which was ok but the play area outside was behind bushyes and had broken or poor equipment in it for the kids to play on. the entertainment was very repetitve the same thing evry night nearly. My new rooms where on the 1st floor just along from the bar and stage which had over load nosie and music untill after 2am. the beech had cammille poo every where. there was no water sports on offer. the food improved for 2 days when men in suits came round taking notes but went back to being cold after that. do not go here.
