What a refreshing break! Kidrak Motel is for those looking for a affordable holiday in a quiet area away from the noise and chaos. The hosts are so caring and committed to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. An amazing, ordinary family delivering extraordinary hospitality in a humble, genuine manner.

True hospitality in a spectacular setting

Great quiet location Close to oludeniz , perfect base to explore , very clean basic  accommodation which we liked  with free air  con and great Turkish breakfast with home made produce .    We called ahead from UK and arranged airport transfers  for us which saved money and was spot on , also arranged cabs for us during our stay which was cheaper than picking one up on the roadside. Could not do enough for us and was sad to leave after  a week . Lovely family run place .  Kidrak Country park Beach is close by and is 7 lira P.P day ticket . at fethiye harbour 45 mins ride  on the bus  we saw turtles swimming . Change money if needed at the Bureau de change in fethiye  , cant recommend this place highly  enough

Loved it

We had a lovely 2 night stay here.  I enjoyed the place, the family and the food.  Peaceful atmosphere and steps away to Kidrak Beach, which is like a private beach in October.  Coming here without a car is no problem at all.  We arrived by dolmus from Fethiye, the bus stop is just at the end of the road.  I liked dinner a lot both evenings. The accommodations in nearby Kabak also offer half-board, but you are looking at a vegetarian buffet instead of a full dinner, this is a much better value all-around.

Food, hospitality, beach times

First of all, if you are looking for 5 star luxury, this isn't it! It is however, a clean, simple and wonderfully authentic place to stay at the base of a mountain nearly Oludeniz in Turkey. 

What really makes this place a delightful place to be is the hosts, Erdogan and his wife and family. Her cooking is wonderful, and his quirky, enthusiastic passion for making your stay a good one is what really makes this such a different experience. 

My girlfriend cried when she left - such as the way she was touched by the charm of the place and the family. Would definitely go again. It's a wonderful base away from the noisy Oludeniz, and a great place to explore the surrounding mountains and coastline.

A wonderful authentic turkish retreat with a delightful family

We had the most amazing time staying at the Kidrak Motel. Firstly, the location was everything we had hoped for - the cabin itself is in such an idyllic setting surrounded by mountains, olive trees, animals and nature. It's a short walk to the beautiful Kidrak Beach which was never crowded and has a nice beach bar/restaurant with lovely staff. We were slightly concerned about it being too remote, seeing as we didn't have a car, but we easily got a cheap taxi from a rank nearby to Olüdeniz to get some things from the supermarket. Other than that we didn't feel the need to leave the area anyway because we were busy exploring the surrounding wonderful landscape - mountains, beach, etc. - or chilling out in front of our cabin. 

Erdogan was a wonderful host, and him and his family are a pleasure to be around. Erdogan transferred us to and from Fethiye (where it's easy to get a minibus to the airport) which was so helpful, and was always happy to advise us with any questions we had. The cabins are cute and were clean, with nice powerful showers. We had read a lot of reviews about the dinner cooked by his wife and we were not disappointed!! Incredible value and amazing quality - 4 courses of traditional home cooked food, always different and always delicious. Highly recommended - I could easily have doubled the length of my stay if I had been able to, and we would happily go back.

Perfect!

Very basic accommodation in rustic cabins on a farm stay location right in the forest but a true back to nature experience. Within walking distance of the beautiful Kidrak Beach. An extremely lovely and hospitable family who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. Excellent home cooked Turkish food compliments your stay.
