What was good

The only thing good about the hotel was the atmosphere. although there were many guests, there were always sunbeds available. there was also not so much noise and music was not so loud. you could easily lie down and relax. but it is by no means a 5 star hotel. it can be 2 star.

What was bad

the hotel's location is very bad. it is far away from the center and you have to walk a long way to take a bus or taxi to the city. There is no variety in the food every day the same food you get we have booked a room for 4 adults, but we were 2 adults and 2 children, so the room size was fine enough. but very very dirty. the cleanliness of the hotel is terrible. everywhere in the toilets, in the restaurant smells very bad. the rooms and bathrooms smell terrible. we have been for 8 days but they have not cleaned our room. the only thing they did was change the sheets and towels. Worst service ever experienced. the staff are very grumpy and speak very limited English. They are not at all willing to help the guests.
