Great family owned with new management. Don’t miss out on the beauty that this place has to offer. Its proximity to the beach, cleanliness, newly renovated rooms and bathrooms, and outdoor space plus the welcoming owners make it so worth it

Lovely people

It is the best hotel in Ladies beach , very nice boutique hotel. Very magnificent panoramic view of the sea. Staff are clean smart friendly and helpfull. Breakfast and dinner were hot fresh and yummy.
I thank the owner and managing directors of the hotel. I thank the staff  who made our holiday like a nice dream. 

THE BEST HOTEL IN THE KADINLAR DENIZ ..LADIES BEACH KUSHADASI

I do not usually give poor reviews on trip advisor but I feel that I need to comment about my evening visit to the restaurant at this hotel which is on the prom at Ladies Beach.

We both decided to have fish, having found the fish served at other restaurants near by to be well cooked and good value for money particularly as they all appear to provide a simple meze and bread starter on the house.

The Ekin was the only restaurant that we visited that did not have the price of the fish on display on the menu; we assumed that this was because thy would weigh the fish chosen for us and charge us appropriately.  This was not the case, the waiter, informed us that it would be 60Tl per head (about 10 -15Tl more than their rivals near by).
We waited nearly an hour for the dish to be served with no complimentary starter offered during the wait.  When the dish arrived it was disappointing; very small fish  served with a few badly cooked french fries, a small green pepper and what appeared to be a few tough outer leaves of rocket, No offer was made to remove the head and bones and half way through the meal a basket of  bread was offered.

Upon explaining our disappointment an excuse was made about the usual chef not being available and we were given complimentary melon slices and Turkish coffee; in addition a miserly discount  20Tl , poor compensation for a ruined evening.  If the restaurant could not provide a satisfactory service to all on that night they clearly should have closed it to non-residents.  In addition if they had no intention of charging for fish by weight they should have clearly stated their inflated fixed price in the menu.

Dissapointing restaurant experience

I don't like to post bad reviews, especially the hyperbolic, overdramatic kind as seen so often on Tripadvisor/Booking.com.

I just want to warn those that Ekin is in fact more of a backpackers, than a hotel.

No bedding, only sheets - of the thick type, almost flannel.

Broken shower door, carpets in dire need of a hoover, curtains too small for the window frame.

On the plus side we had some good food - the SAÇ Kavurma (don't really know what that word means) - splendid lamb stirfry concoction with LARGE portion of salad, chips, garlic bread. All this for only 15TL.

The hotel is cheap and only 45€ for a triple room, with AC at a beachfront hotel.

Would advise this hotel for those wanting to stay on close to beach, but willing to sleep in your sleeping bag - those wanting serene luxury, stay clear....


Very budget hotel - more of a backpackers

Worst food I’ve ever had in Turkey. Bread stale, nothing was fresh and everything so salty. The waiter who was 3 times my age thought it was appropriate to be stroking my arm while talking to me. Maybe he would say he was just being friendly but I live in Turkey and know this is nowhere near acceptable behaviour. 

Very bad food & inappropriate staff

Got order wrong and then arrived with sausages burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. I got a homemade king burger that was like a piece of toast . Also nobody in the whole place seemed to understand what vinegar is .. we just paid and left didn't even touch the food the place is a disgrace.
