We returned to Kusadasi this year & as always, returned to say Hello to our 3 favourite brothers, Mehmet, Mete and Oktay, at Gultepes 

Once again, we were welcomed with open arms & enjoyed a delicious lunch (we'd highly reccomend Mete's Turkish omlette)

A must in Kusadasi!

We’ve been going to GULTEPE for years now.It’s like home from home .  The owners are absolutely lovely and always available. Always made to feel very welcome . Best chips ever, outstanding menemen. 
Always very sad to leave and can’t wait to book the next years flights to get back . 
Highly recommend a visit .

Wonderful holiday 

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay .. The three brothers who run and own this place are so friendly and look after your every need. Comfortable beds and great sleeps. Short walk to beach and restaurants. People return to these apartments year after year, as will we. The included breakfast is very nice. Air-con Wi-Fi and safety deposit box is also included in the price. Only 10 apartments so pool area is never crowded. Will be returning in May 24 as soon as flights available. Thanks Guys for a superb stay. Tom and Ann.

Friendly relaxed ..

Stayed here for 10 nights with my partner and, without a doubt, one of the best holidays we have ever had! Mehmet, Mete and Oktay are the nicest, friendliest people you could ever meet. They definitely go out of their way to make sure you are well looked after. Our room was spotless, cleaned every day and sheets/towels changed regularly. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Teas, coffee, fresh local bread, cheese, tomatoes, eggs if you wanted. Nothing was a bother. We even had toasties cooked by Mehmet! Bar and food served all day and very reasonably priced. The apartments are 5 minutes walk from Ladies Beach and, if you want to go into Kusadasi Town, there is a Dolmus stop nearby or it's less than 100tl for a taxi. Mehmet checks the exchange rate daily so we just changed our sterling/euro with him when we needed to which was handier, and safer. I can't thank Mehmet, Mete and Oktay enough for making our stay so enjoyable. The craic was fierce! Thank you, Declan (or Achmed as he was affectionately nicknamed!) and Lynda 😀💚

Fabulous!

We stayed a week at Gultepe apartments and it was amazing. It's a family run hotel and everyone makes you feel very welcome. The room was great and comfortable with nice views on the pool and the surrounding area. The pool area is very nice with a comfortable lounge area. The place looks pretty and idyllic with a lot of flowers everywhe. It's in a quiet street and the beach is only a couple of minutes walking distance. It's very easy (and cheap) to catch a Dolmus/mini bus or taxi into town. Also the breakfast was very tasty. If you like to be in a more personal and cosy place than the regular hotels then this is the place! We'll definitely go here again. Thanks!

We had a perfect stay. It's a great place!

Stayed here on a friends recommendation. Myself, husband and 14yr old son. Was told they would look after us really well, we were not disappointed. Stayed in some top all inclusive hotels in the area over the years. But thought we'd mix it up a bit this year. We booked 3 different hotels for our 3 week stay. The brothers are super friendly, and do anything to accommodate you. They were pleasant without being pushy or over the top. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the air con was fabulous. Breakfasts are great, with a cool pool and nice lounging area. It's a small family run business just 5 minutes walk to the infamous ladies beach with plenty of bars and restaurants ( although the guys at gultepe will cook for you from their menu any time of day) and a short dolmus ride into town. Even a taxi back from town after midnight was a little over £2 ! Location is 5/5 rooms 5/5 friendliness 5/5. We will definitely rebook and have already recommended to friends and family

A gem of an apartment complex

We really enjoyed our trip to Turkey and in particular our stay at Gultepe apartments. We travelled with our 1 year old daughter Penny who thoroughly enjoyed the pool. All staff were friendly & attentive. The Bar serves cool drinks and delicious snacks - location is great, only a few mins walk to the beach/local shops & a short Dolmus bus ride away to Centrum. Thank you all once again - we'll definitely be back again soon!

The perfect base for our trip to Turkey!

Great apartment complex very close to Ladies Beach.  Friendly service with a smile  and all the staff so helpful.  Couldnt do enoigh for us. Lovely and quiet.  Good for snacks and a beer.  Restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Thanks to all Gulteppe family for a lovely  stay.  Great accommodation and friendly service. We shall be back. Conveniently located.  Near beach. Beside Dolmus stop for trips into Centrum. The brothers so helpful

Home from home

Been here a few times over the years and it was just how I remembered.  It's not too big, really clean and nothing was too much trouble, it's a few minutes from ladies beach and quiet when you want to sleep, just what I needed.  The dolmus into the centre is 50p and stops just round the corner it takes a few minutes to get there too.  The family speak really good English so getting help is really easy and the boss Mehmet is hilarious,I would also recommend trying the Turkish breakfast here my hubby loved it, thanks to Mehmet wife.
