Secil Pansiyon is located 2 minutes walk to Amasra beach. The market area is 5 minutes on foot. Since it is a small city, all sightseeings and restaurants are close to each other. The owner of the place lives on the first floor and although you will not need their assistance during your stay that much, you can approach them any time you walk. We stayed on top floor and that appartment had 3 rooms with 1 double bed, 1 with twin bed and 1 room to watch TV, eat and chill. They also have a kitchen table in the kitchen and all the items you need. The wi-fi is fast, the appartment is clean and in a calm neighbourhood. There are 2-3 big supermarkets that you can do your shopping. The only tip that I can give is if you have a fear of dogs, think twice before you book this place. Amasra is full of street dogs which are so friendly with people and that street where the accommodation is located is a home for 4-5 dogs. However as I said, they do not harm you at all.

Perfect location, huge space

Neat little apartment with 2 bedrooms 2 toilets and a kitchenette, perfect for a family or a group of friends! The owner was super friendly and helpful, she spoke very good english and was very generous too! My bus wasnt until late at night so she let me have the apartment for pretty much an extra half a day without charge (i was travelling in low/shoulder season though). Has TV and good WIFI, a short walk to everything (amasras pretty small anyhow). Highly recommend this place!

Just lovely!!!

The apartment is very spacious - it had two rooms and could accommodate 5 people. We had a lounge, a dining room, a separate kitchen and big bathroom.  Most importantly it has good WIFI access and was cheap. Our host could even speak English, which was rare in Amasra.  The indoor heating was also a bonus since we had miserable weather. Other than that there is nothing spectacular about the apartment. It is located in an old building of which the sewage pipes can be smelly if not kept closed, there is no real view and the kitchen is very small (compared to the rest of the apartment) and basic. Plus you have to take off your shoes when you enter the house. However, it suited our needs perfectly as a family who needed space and as budget travelers.

very clean, decent apartment, we stay for a night and we have a very good night sleep, I definitely recommend this facility. There is a kitchen and you can cook your meal, refrigerator, satellite and bath present.

My girlfriend and I spent two nights in Secil Pansiyon and we found the apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Amasra. It was clean, quiet and the kitchen was very well equipped, and the hosts were friendly and helpful the few times we saw them. The beds were also comfortable and the apartment had a large bathroom with a good shower - a rare experience from our experience of Turkish accommodation! It is not in the nicest part of town as it is away from the water and restaurants etc, but Amasra is small so was still within a 10min walk of anywhere
