Only a couple of minutes walk into the centre of Kusadasi, yet in a lovely, quiet street. The friendly and professional host, Sandra, is amazing and makes sure you have a lovely stay. She is full of local knowledge and tips on the area.
A really relaxing and lovely place to stay. The rooftop balcony is great and has wonderful views over Kusadasi.

Great place to stay in Kusadasi

Absolutely stunning property located literally in town centre - amazing views, rooftop terrace is amazing plenty of facilities and extremely peaceful. Sandra the host is the absolute hostess with the mostess very kind caring and friendly. Would recommend this property to anyone who enjoys good sun and tranquility

Absolutely stunning property

Great location, clean rooms, perfectly situated within a small city, and our host was ever so gracious. Excellent views from the rooftop terrace, delicious breakfast in the mornings, and as my title suggests, felt like home away from home. Will surely recommend.

Home away from home

Just back from a lovely week at Anzac Golden Bed in centre of Kusadasi, allowing us to visit beaches and still be in the heart of town. Also visited Ephesis with all the information and help from our lovely host Sandra.  It was a pleasure to spend evenings on the rooftop terrace.

"We loved our stay"

Hotel as a hotel is great, but what makes it special is the atmosphere! There is wonderful rooftop balcony from where you can see whole Kušadasi, and where you can meet other guests of hotel, enjoy your time during day and night! There is also two very nice dogs, one older, and one little Pasha, who is little bit crazy, but too cute and fun, and he makes your day better! And most important thing, there is the host Sandra, who is just wonferful woman, very interesting person to talk to, positive, nice, and very helpful! She gave us very nice advises where to go, and how to go somewhere, she did so much more then she had to do (giving us breakfast even if we overslept it, washing our beach towels...). We felt like we were at home thanks to her! 
If i come to Kusadasi again, i am definitely going back here! 😊

Just perfect!

We had a lovely time at Golden Bed! With a spectacular host, comfortable rooms, and perhaps the best view in the city - we were not disappointed! Highly recommended.

- Great location in the old town and just a short walk to the centre and close enough to the water and the main attractions 
- Super hospitality and recommendations from the host

Wonderful! 

Everything at ANZAC Golden Bed Pension was perfect - the location, the room, the rooftop terrace and the hospitality. Sandra was just lovely and so accomodating. Highly recommend!

For those coming by bus it was a very cheap taxi from the main bus depot - only 10L. 

Perfect stay 

Very well located in Kusidasi with a fabulous roof terrace overlooking the town centre with a view to the sea. Sandra, the Aussie owner, is delightful and very knowledgeable about where to go and what to see - she makes great restaurant recommendations and even prvide vegemite for the Aussies to have with the lovely Turkish breakfast - best simits too.  Also helped arrange transfers from Izmir airport.

For a very welcoming, comfortable, straight forward B&B  this place ticks all the boxes
