We stayed @ Melek Hotels Bozburun for 6 nights and very much enjoyed our holiday with my wife and daughter.
The hotel is managed by Ugur Bey, who took care of everything we needed before and during our stay. The staff is very friendly and creates a very cosy environment. 
Sea is clean, sun deck is spacious enough, breakfast and dinners are delicious.
I will certainly come and stay here again.

A very nice week to remember and repeat

An excellent hotel in the Bozburun, very quiet place, comfortable location and beautiful view from the window. Professional and friendly stuff they are always willing to help!!! We loved our breakfast and dinner it was delicious.
I’m very grateful to housekeeping, she was cleaning our room every day. 
I would strongly recommend this hotel!!!


My paradise 😍 

Hotel was extremely welcoming and they have very friendly staff. I stayed there for three days and it was an amazing experience. Dinner on the platform was a lifetime memory. Breakfast is a must to try. Thank you everyone who made this experience unforgettable.

Excellent hotel and great hospitality...

Staff is very friendly. Food is good. Rooms are exstra clean and smells beautiful. Sea is awsome and very low humidity. Very close to the sea. Silent and peacefull. The hotel has its own boat that you can hire.

Home home sweet home

Great hotel with a very attentive general manager in charge who along with all the staff couldn’t do enough to make you welcome and comfortable, Turkish breakfast was amazing and plentiful didn’t have dinner but I am sure it would have been up to the same standard.
The bedrooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable 
The location of the hotel is very convenient to walk to the centre and all the restaurants and also to relax on the waterfront pontoon.
In all a very good place to stay and chillax

Lovely hotel

Bozburun itself is amazing jewel , small friendly town.
Hotel is beautifully designed by the beach .
What makes it extra special is the fresh and prepared for indivually food as well as friendly staff.
Kitchen is run by award winning young chef and food is served by your requests.
Kind, polite staff makes the trip/stay so enjoyable
I will miss it terribly
Only thing I want to remind any guests that there are steps to go up to hotel as it is common in Bozburun.

Great location, hotel and stuff . Heaven on earth

We booked a short break 2 days but decided to leave after one day. There where issues with both rooms. Toilets not flushing showers overflowing. There was a very strong smell of detergent on the bed linen which was very overpowering. The garden view room was disappointing see photo. The view from the restaurant was very nice. Bozburun beautiful. 

Disappointed with room

I booked the hotel based on its beautiful photos on TripAdvisor and the website. However, other than the platform for swimming and sun beds, everything else at the hotel has fallen short. 

The check in was late and chaotic. The room was not ready for over 1.5 hours after they said it’s getting ready. We were given what is arguably the worst room they have. Being the only foreigners there, I wonder if they save the best rooms for the locals. 

The staff there while eager, could not speak any English and have zero knowledge of the region. The manager tries to welcome and say good bye to us but he was not at the hotel all the time. When we checked with a reception staff if there are any good places for a sunset. He just recommended a beach club and then said he is not from here and doesn’t know anything else.  Even for daily requests (soap, towel), they whip out their phones and try to use google translate. For a 4 star hotel in a tourist area, we expect way better service and knowledge. 
 
Our room was on the second floor. Our balcony faced a bunch of ugly water tanks. Also from our bathroom, we can hear hotel staff chatting and eating right underneath our window. Just an overall very unprofessional experience. 

The hotel does not have generators and there are constant black outs in Bozburun. There were at least 4 black outs in a span of 2 days. Where there will be no water for the toilet or to even wash our hands. 

Lastly, there is no hot water in the hotel in the mornings and evenings. 



Beautiful view, lacking service 

We’re a family of four. Understandably, we can’t expect a place like this to have anyone who can speak English but that’s what Google translate is for. It took ages for the waiter to come and offer us the mezzes - we had to ask for it. No explanation as to what’s on offer. No menu was available. No desire to take out his phone in order to understand what we were trying to say. The selection of mezzes was to say the least unappetisingly grim. The ones we reluctantly took were not tasty at all. The prawns were good but not freshest. My husband woke up to sore tummy. We won’t be back. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
