Amazing and magical stay at this property.
There was so much snow in Cappadocia in March 2022, but we enjoyed the comfortable room, great service, friendly and warm staff, always there to help when required.
As a family, we have decided, we have to come back to this magical place, in summer or winter.
The sight seeing was amazing with the fairy chimneys  the ATV ride was thrilling, sad we could not do the hot air balloons due to the weather, but we look forward to it on our next trip.

Magical Cappadocia with Dilek kaya hotel

This is quite a nice hotel near Cappadocia. The rooms are spacious and spread out on the property. The main dining area is in a separate part of the hotel, only a few steps away, though. 

Staff was friendly and helpful. At the restaurant, there was good choice of food items in the buffet breakfast.

There was no WiFi signal in the room I was in, but was fine in some of the other rooms (according to other members of the tour group). The WiFi signal in the reception area was good.

Comfortable hotel near Cappadocia

An overall very good experience. Staff helpful. Hotel clean and very good selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The layout of the hotel is great with a very good pool relaxing area. Close to many of the places you would want to visit in Cappadocia.

Great find

We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel is very old and outdated. Food at the restaurant for breakfast  is average but the dinner was better. House keeping is good. If you are on a budget trip and plan to stay outside for most of your time, this hotel is OK.

Not to expect much!!!

Room is good nice views. Towels are old.no complementary water bottles.breakfast and dinner is very good. Another bad thing is no water for dinner. They charge 10tl .my suggestion is they can add this 10 tl in the package itself.

Average hotel

Had to stay one night because of the very early next morning hot air balloon ride. It listed itself as a three star hotel but I would only give two at the most, looks not bad from outside but nothing is good in your room. I don't want to list them all but I can tell you the shower was falling off from the wall, the hotel management knew about it and simply put a red scotch tape on it, but guess what, they left it like that for their paying guests.

Looks Grand From Outside, and That's About It...

Not at all conveniently located. Far from eating places. The restaurant serves horrid food. The dinner was alright with vegetables platter. The bathroom and room is poorly maintained. The staff are unfriendly. I will never stay here again.
