We were two couples and stay here 1 night. The location is good and everything you would want  is around, the rooms are relatively clean. The wifi is weak in rooms. The breakfast is over standard. The linen and the bathroom were reasonably clean. The bed was comfortable. The staffs are kind and helpful.parking was local.we take a look to other otels room in the same price and surely fatih was better of them.

The hotel is good and worth of your money. If you arrive by bus example Kamil Koc or Metro, the servis will drop you near the hotel. But it a bit far from train station. If you can ask discount, it's better.

This place was good value and welcoming. Like many other Turkish cities, Sivas is fairly business-like (though it has lots of young people) and doesn't receive too many foreign tourists (but still some). Its accommodation reflects this: there are no "tourist" budget hotels and barely anyone speaks English, but things are well-run. The hotel is standard, professional, and receives mostly Turkish guests. Only one receptionist spoke English well but all staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and everything was in working order. There was even a small balcony and satellite TV. Breakfast is also a standard spread, a self-serve affair at the bottom floor below the lobby. 

All in all, a very good option for reasonable accommodation in Sivas.

A single room with bathroom cost me 70 TL (32 USD) per night. Free wi-fi and breakfast included.

Sivas is fairly compact, and everything you want to see is easy walking distance from the hotel, and there are good restaurants nearby. Even the bus station is only 10-15 minutes away on foot, although if you're dragging any heavy luggage you may want to take a bus on the main street nearby or a taxi.

Good standard hotel in Sivas

There seems to be no real budget options in Sivas however at 80TL for a comfortable room with a balcony and nice bathroom the Fatih represented very good value for money especially versus other places we stayed in Turkey for the same price. Note that they kindly dropped the price as we didnt want breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning. You will need to ask for a password for each or your electrical devices! 


Very good value

The hotel had one receptionist who spoke English which is an unusual blessing.  The hotel is Ok, not a three star as they claim and not a good value but there was nothing majorly bad about it. The location is good (10 minutes walk from the major sites). The cleanliness is questionable (e.g. hair in the sink, etc...) but not too bad.  The wifi signal in the room was very weak (only works well in the lobby), and they didn’t give us towels or toilet paper at first. I asked for it two times politely, they promised to bring it but didn’t. The next day, I knew what to do to get them to bring us the towels and toilet papers: I had to ask less nicely (i.e. sound a little severe) mentioning that it is the third time I make that request. Twice, hotel workers entered the room without knocking. At checkout, we asked to leave our luggage (hour bus was in the afternoon). They said that we could just leave them in the lobby by the elevator (they don't keep it inside for you), so we had to stay at the reception for three hours because we didn't want to leave our bags unattended. Other than that, I have no complaints, and I would not recommend anyone staying there unless you can't find a better option.
