Mavi Ocak Hotel and Restaurant founded year 2000 on 30.000m2 open area, distance from centrum 5 km. Mavi Ocak where you can find nature like a paradise and history with first class service and high quality. Hotel with 51 rooms and 9 suites with a total capacity of 120 beds, 24 hours hot  water, hair drier, telephone, tv, minibar, internet etc. You can have nice time in the garden, swimming pool or in the playing hall to relax.  Multifunctional hall with a capacity of 100 people for meetings and seminars. Restaurant has 360 people capacity, where you can taste delicious meals selected from Turkisch cuisine.

We travelled from Sydney to Sungurlu for a budget resort style holiday. Originally, we had two ideas for this post: local places to stay and eco hotels around the world. We quickly realized however, that we’d be giving you the wrong advice by saying “stay at home.” It's incredibly important to expand your horizons. Even worse would be to say, “check out this amazing eco hotel in Sungurlu.” I mean that just sends the wrong message – after all, you’d be hopping onto a plane. Much less hypocritical however, would be to explore some of the amazing places that are actually worth traveling for. Modern day living is often on a par with a rat run: non-stop work, cities that never sleep and people who are constantly on your back. Sometimes it’s important to just step back and to take a break. I think Sungurlu is the best place to get relaxed.

It's an excellent hotel and service

We have visited this hotel with 26 people, but we had the impression that the hotel was still in wintersleep. They were working very hard in the bedrooms but were not yet ready to have guests in this very early moment of the summer season. They did their best, but we didn't have a great impressing. The food was and service was o.k.

A little bit dissapointing

This hotel was bad . My friends room smelt like sewage. Another friends room smelled like fish. The power went off 5 times. The food was poor. Moldy peelig walls and roofs. Well enough said you get my point.
