What was bad

we booked 2 nights in this so called 4 star hotel , where the air conditioning does not work except for some annoying sound, shower wont work properly, there are no proper staff who can talk or understand english , hotel is located down hill if you want to go taksim by walk you need to climb a very steep hill .
