What was good

We are very grateful for a horrible management of this hotel. The manager wouldn’t in any way accept payment by credit card even though on the website of the hotel it says that they do. After a very very long unproductive conversation with a very rude manager we decided to go away from this place. For which we’re grateful because staying there would be very unpleasant (we checked out the room and service while having that long exhausting conversation). And ended up finding a very nice friendly place where we spent our Instanbul days.
