Exceptional friendly people, clean, natural environment, hotel decorated with a fine taste. The details are professionally designed, kitchen is also professional. If you expect a silent, peaceful, friendly atmosphere, you will find it in this hotel and in its garden with cats, dogs and rabbits, and ducks in the river (Göksu stream) passing by. Perhaps it is not a five-star-hotel but the soul deserves more than five stars. Thank you, Salim Bey, the person who has built and ran this hotel for a while and unfortunately passed away a few months ago. Thank you Özlem Hanım and Ömer Bey, his daughter and his son-in-law who presently run the hotel with the same taste and heart. And thanks to all the gentle and helpful staff who make you feel at home.

Exceptional

It's a little house with 3 etages but very confortable and near to the wall City. It's easy to go here because the aren't many stairs to arribe to the house. Dubrovnik it's lovely but there are many many stairs to its narrow streets.

The hotel was beautiful inside out with a fantastic view at the river, very clean, and the staff were very friendly.  We really enjoyed our stay and if we were to ever go again, we will definitely choose Piccolo Mondo!!

Ağva trip and stay at Piccolo Mondo Hotel

The hotel exceeded more than my expectations. I checked the web and found the hotel randomly and we stayed a Friday. It was perfect! The personnel was friendly, kind, helpful and genuine. They made us feel like at home. Our visit was before the Xmas so, we caught the Xmas decoration which was marvelous. Thanks a lot!

The moment you park your car, you realize it is a beautiful place. The staff is very helpful and discreet. It is relatively close to the town center but on a less sunny day, you can easily walk there, without driving. I would book here again. The restaurant section is also well designed.

 · Wifi could be stronger. I cannot imagine any other faults here.

A serene place to come again...

I spent 3 nights in this lovely hotel which looks more than a guest house than a common hotel . A nice couple is running it where I was nicely treated , you feel like home away from home , the beauty of this hotel in its simplicity ,the cozy atmosphere located in a very quiet area overlooking Goksu river . Special thanks to Mrs Uzlam she was so nice and friendly without forgetting the small team working there they even surprised me on my Birthday and made a small celebration for me . 
Those who look for a relaxing stay , those who want to get resourced and want to enjoy the lovely green nature and positive vibes of the river it is the place to be 

Such a cozy hotel 

This hotel runs by a wonderful Turkish/Scots family, Mr. Salem and his “brother” Mr. Tyfon are the owners of Piccolo hotel and the rest of the family made us feel like more than hotel guests, they treated us as part of their wonderful family, everything in the Hotel was fantastic from the hospitality to the decoration, breakfast, dinner, deck on the river, staff, and the fire house at night, everything was a great and unique experience.

Feel like at home with your family

I was invited by my turkish friends to get together over weekend.  Great hideaway 2 hours drive from Istanbul and the guests mostly are locals. The lady who manages the hotel spoke fluent english and was very friendly to me.  

Pros: great location, big parking area, good wifi, great local wine, turkish fresh breakfast (start at 9am) and delicious turkish dinner at their dining area plus excellent lounge music with beautiful river view!  Big outdoor area, open fireplace at night, rooftop is a bonus for those sun bathing lover.  They offer boats for 2 or 4 persons to ride along the river. 10 mins walk to the beach (avoid weekend if you don't like crowd).  Guests rooms were clean, quiet, aircon available and we kept windows opened with net covered from insects.  Shower room is clean, hot water supply is steady and bottles of drinking water are available in room free of charge. Many greens and trees around the property.

Cons:  rooms are relatively small without river views, with garden views only (ground and 1st floors).  some are with queen beds and I had a seperate single bed from the queen bed where my friend used.  I wish there was full length mirror in the room, only one small mirror in shower room.

Overall i am content with this small hotel, small budget with good service.

Weekend stay - 2 nights

We stayed for 1 night half board on what they call the suite room for 1068TL. 55m2 is claimed. You get in, you realize it is a cage, there are stairs to go up, but it is more like climbing, no way you can go to bed upstairs you are 100kg’s or plus. The bed is comfortable but the toilette is smaller than the jacuzzi downstairs because if they made it bigger they would have no place for the bed. Dinner I can not complain but we had breakfast on dirty tables and clothing. I wanted to speak to somebody but there was this pure teenager who was trying to do everything all alone on a Sunday morning. He said he was even the guy for check out. Luckily while we leave, somebody came at the reception. All in all, it is bad, but not a disaster, but it should have been 30% cheaper for the room and the service.
