What was good

I have to praise the staff from zenhotels and the staff from the front desk in Kolin hotel for their amazing service and assistance in sorting out my booking. Highly appreciated! Good accommodation with spacious room. The pool and jacuzzi very nice.

What was bad

The breakfast is very poor. The cleaning service looks like they need training.
