One of the best hotels in Trabzon, not far away from the city center, thoug I recommend always to rent a car from one of the companies inside or near the airport.
 very comfortable and very friendly staff specially Mina in the restaurant and Abdullah in the reception.
Rooms different size and some rooms have sea view.

Friendly and great for family 

The reception where so kind and helpful the whole hotel was so cleane and room was perfect  .. and the place of hotel was amazing it has sea view and it’s surrounded by so many cafes and restaurants  and you have to eat there breakfast bcoz it’s amazing 😍😍

Everything was so perfect

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. The suites were very clean and thoughtful for all travelers' needs. Excellent breakfast is served on the balcony overlooking the sea which is unique. The location of the hotel is also excellent. The only thing that I think needs to be improved is the attitude of the hotel receptionist towards the guests who should be more patient and responsive to the questions.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and were positively surprised by the service. Especially Özlem, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and very kind. Beds are comfy, good breakfast options. Good starting point to visit the monastery or lakes nearby.

Warm welcome

Cozy hotel. Very good location.  You can take a small bus front in front of the hotel directly to downtown  (maydan) which is a very nice place to go to for shopping,  but not for eating. 
There is a good restaurant next to the hotel (2 minutes walking).
Rooms are tiny,  but clean.

Nice location with friendly staff

The hotel rooms were excellent in terms of comfort, facilities and cleanliness.  When we entered the hotel, they did not treat us properly, especially since we had made a reservation in the hotel system, one of the novice employees was not able to find our reservation and did not treat us properly.  In most hotels, even three-star hotels, staff are trained to treat hotel guests properly.  The location of the hotel is relatively far from the city center, but the park near the hotel is suitable for exploring and enjoying the sea.

Excellent hotel with inexperienced staff

My first time to have seen a hotel not offering an iron!!!furthermore, it asks the tenants to pay for the ironing service! No shower caps !! However, the staff is friendly and helpful. They never hesitated to offer help when needed. Nevertheless, they need to excel their services

Good not bad

We stayed at hotel for 7 nights. Starting with positive, the hotel is so clean and the interior design is comfy and cozy. BUT the receptionist staff does not know how to deal with people especially the night shift. First they don’t speak english. When we checked in they gave us the room keys without telling us any info about the hotel. I had to call them to ask about wifi and breakfast and the female receptionist was so unwelcoming. Generally the hotel staff will be the first who deal with after long trip and having a smile won’t harm! I called room service twice the other night to order food and there was no response. Booking a 5 stars hotel means to have 5 stars treatment which is not applied in this hotel. Breakfast is fine and the staff in the restaurant are friendly. Would not come back again or recommend  as customer service for me is the deal breaker.

Nice hotel poor customer service

No food nor water is allowed in the hotel, and you have to throw in the trash bin under the strict observation of the reception staff. If by any chance you could sneak a water bottle to your room and you forgot to hide it in the locker, then the cleaning staff finds it, you will be called out by the reception with a threatening tone.
We have discovered that our clothes were searched in the suitcase by the cleaning staff,, they were looking for food leftovers or water bottles to report.There is no any written policy online instructing guests not to bring water bottles. Reception staff Mr. Burak was very rude with zero people skills. He threatened my wife and daughters with very rude communication skills (child behaviour). There is no way that we will come back to this dungeon!

Don't go there!

Stayed with family for 3 nights during Aug 2019. 
1- breakfast is very poor
2- staff dont speak English well except for reception
3- room was very small
4- hotel charged us extra on top of what was agreed on booking.com when we checked in  stating that we booked for 2 adults and we were more than 2 adults, but my confirmation stated up to 4 adults
5- slow service
