For the price it is outstanding. I paid less than €30 and the room was spotless, modern and well equipped. The staff were fantastic -- even taking me to my room, but best of all when I asked about a restaurant nearby that had been recommended by a business contact -- a member of staff took me round the corner and made sure I got a table. English is not their strong point, but helpful friendly staff wins everyday. They did a meal in the evening but it is limited but the restaurant behind the hotel was excellent. Both hotel and restaurant are dry. But 100m up the road there is a tobaconist/off licence where you can buy beer. I had the window open in my room, and as I was on the front thought the road noise was busy. There is a/c but I did not bother to activate. Free wifi was fine too.

Great staff

First of all I would like to thank for the friendly staff. The reception is trying their best to inform you about anything asked. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and well decorated. You can walk to main points in about 15 minutes. There are two things that are necessary to mention; first, the rooms need additional noise isolation and another point is, if you are a non-smoker and even your room is a non-smoking one, due to the ventilation in the bathrooms all the smoke is within your bathroom.

Perfect location...

Stayed here for a week on a business trip. Very conveniently located for access to where I was working in the nearby industrial area. Hotel has good free WiFi in all areas. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and spacious. Well stocked mini bar of soft drinks and assorted snacks and chocolate, . You will not encounter any tourists or alcohol in this region of Turkey (or anyone speaking English for that matter).Only ate here on the evening that I arrived, was not too impressed and so ate out for breakfast and dinner every day. This was the only downside to the hotel, but on the plus side I got to eat very good local food with my local colleagues. Would recommend the hotel and is very good value for money by western standards, but would definitely eat out in the town.
