Truly outstanding experience with a genuinely caring owners and extremely courteous staff. There’s an ambiance to this property from the moment you enter with its manicured gardens and reception. You’re greeted by an amazing host. 
The rooms are generous in size and spotlessly xclean and tidy. 

It’s an amazing breakfast each day and located in walking proximity to beaches, cafes, restaurants and the central town of Ayvalik.
I originally booked for 3 nights and stayed 17 in total.

Highly recommend!!! 11 out of 10 for me..

Outstanding property with a true ambience and extremely welcoming!!

What an amazing place! 

We accidentally find this spot whilst visiting Ayvalık for the first time.

I can’t say enough good things about Ahmet & his team. 

First of all they don’t treat you like a customer. You feel like you are family member who is visiting them.  ADULTS ONLY! So no children running around, no screaming . Super chilled place

Staff is friendly!  Ahmet gave us 2-3 recommendations for food and places to go and was a 100 % game changer about Ayvalık. 

There was an issue with our A/C they switch our room and moved all our stuff without hassle. 

Delicious breakfast served in the most peaceful setting.

We asked for laundry. They washed, dried, folded and things needed to hang dry they did that too.

I don’t know if I ever go back to Ayvalik or not, but I will make an excuse to go back and stay at Nilufer Butik hotel

The best place to stay in Ayvalik

Such a nice place .The owners are really friendly and welcoming.The breakfast is really good ,everything is fresh and prepared on the spot.The rooms are so clean and furnished with good taste.Would highly recommend .Beach is also close and you will receive many indications for spots to visit and places to eat from the owners.

Highly recommend this hotel for any stay you might have in that Aegean area. It is centrally located for visits to several sites within a 100km area, easily.  The hotel location for us was perfect.  In a residential area, quiet, easy to get in and out.  The rooms were a comfortable size, very tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Opt for a room with a sea view, it was lovely to see that view morning and evening.  The breakfasts were also superb. Traditional basic Turkish breakfast, with surprises each day.All extremely fresh and very delicious.  Ahmet, the owner was an amazing host. Personable, helpful and just an extremely nice person. Take advantage of the knowledge of the locals for any tourist interests.  He pointed us in the direction of several places to see we would have missed.  We will use this hotel when we are in Ayvalik and vicinity.

Great Find

Nilufer is a lovely hotel close to the beach area of Ayvalik, and a short and easy bus ride in to the centre of Town. The rooms are clean and modern, and the area is very peaceful. Most of all, the hosts are very generous and hospitable, beyond the normal measure. They were travelling to Izmir for a day trip and went out of their way to kindly offer us transport to Izmir and help us on to a bus for the next leg of our journey. This is a family run business with a lovely atmosphere, and an excellent breakfast!

Great hosts, excellent amenities!

Nicely decorated, family run, bed & breakfast type apart hotel at a quite place. Not so close to the city center, that's fine if you have a car, but you can go to the beach on foot in short time. Definitely would be my base choice for the next North Aegean tour.

Silence & Peace

This Turkish proud husband & wife owned Otel is only 4 years old & beautiful in everyway. From the garden landscaping to the entire fitout of rooms, dining & reception, boutique styling was central to this project.
The negatives are:
1. The owner, is proudly aiming his services to the Turkish tourist, but is flexible with a foreign tourist room rate.
2. A casual policy is that children are a distraction to their guest's relaxation. (Not sure of the restriction)
3. The location is out of town(15-18TL taxi), in what seems like a suburban undeveloped beach, set back a few blocks, with interrupted sea views.
Negatives aside, if you qualify for the stay, you'll be pleasantly rewarded with a professional  smile, lovely ambience & fulfilling homely breakfast.
