... no high expectations on this one.  it was part of a packaged tour. our room was reasonably clean,  breakfast and dinner acceptable for the amount paid. if you have a choice though, do look somewhere else to avoid disappointment. if you are looking for a cheaper accommodation, may serve its purpose but again only when the hotel nightly rate is dead cheap.  staff are friendly and the hotel felt secure.

The hotel room seemed fine at first glance, but over time, it became apparent that it had only been cleaned on the large surfaces. The air conditioning in the room didn't work, and even after notifying them several times and being promised that it would be fixed, nothing was done. Language barriers were significant as the men at the reception only spoke Turkish. The included dinner was really not good. Breakfast was okay. The hotel is located in a residential area, with a convenience store as the nearest neighbor. If you wanted to eat elsewhere, you had to take a taxi. There are many other great hotels more centrally located that I would have preferred (if I had a choice).

Choose another hotel.

Very clean and everything you need for a sleep between days touring Cappadocia. Products in the bathroom, towels and storage.  Decor could be updated, but functional and staff helpful.  Food very limited, but fresh. Loos took an age to refill.

Clean and very basic base for overnighting in Cappadocia

The hotel doesn't look good. The rooms were average, not very clean and neither the bathroom. Towels were old and not white anymore. No wi-fi in the room. No remote control for the TV. Breakfast was poor; nothing good to eat except eggs and vegetables.

UNSAFE! DO NOT STAY HERE!!
This hotel is a death trap waiting to happen! The staff don't exist, they leave passports on unattended desks for hours in the hope the owners will collect, there is no working fire alarm or detection systems in place. The patio outside the 'cafeteria' (best phrase available) is due to collapse! The fire extinguishers in place are out of date and insufficient. You might manage to walk down a corridor without seeing  cables sticking out of the walls! And if you do, you're in a better hotel! Please do not book here, it may be cheap but there is a reason, it is a DEATH TRAP, STAY AWAY, i repeat, STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF WHILE YOU CAN!!

This hotel was part of a cheap packaged tour. The atmosphere was very Soviet Union-esque, like echoes from the 70's: dark walls, dated and dire rooms, hard beds, wool blankets, squeaking cabinet doors. The only decorative elements that made one remember we were in Cappadocia were the withered wool carpets.

The dinner was horrible but the breakfast quite adequate. On a more positive note, my room was spacious and clean, the shower and toilet were working ok. The staff did their best to entertain us (when watching football in the lobby) and some even spoke some English.

Never again

We went as a group, in a trip. It was a terrible experience which I wish not to repeat again! Reception is at a level below the street, so in order to go inside you go 1 level down, just to carry all your bags up again. They unplugged the elevator because we were too many and with too many and heavy bags and we could damage the elevator. 
The handrail between floors is "fixed" with nailed linoleum. 
They advertised that is soundproof: we were able to here the neighbors across the hall how they were showering and farting in their own room. 
Cleaning: yes, ironed sheets, white ones, but after founding a glass of wine with dried red wine behind the head table of the bed we started to question the cleaning of everything. 
At breakfast they switch of the light and let us in the dark, we had to use the light of our phones in order to see what we put in the plate and to eat. During this, the personnel (not even wearing a n uniform or tags) was sitting in the door of the breakfast room and laughing of us like looking at the monkeys.
They say they speak Turkish, English and Swedish. I do not know about Swedish, but they do not speak English, you speak and they toss their heads and do not say a word.
We booked a balloon flight (another disappointing experience), the guy at the reception almost killed us with his eyes because we waked him up at 5 am.
Will I come back in the area? yes, but not in this hotel! NEVER!
