I didn't want to stay at a regular beach resort when visiting Turks & Caicos.  I opted for this Botanical Resort and it did not disappoint.  My daughter and I loved the individual cottages.  Our host Wenie was awesome and always there to assist us in our needs.  Our server Ruth served the absolute best Rum Punch and White Russian cocktails.  We truly did not have to leave the resort if we chose not too because it was so relaxing.  Next time I will utilize the onsite spa services.

Off the beaten path for a great TCI vacay!

This has to be the best villa on the island. I am solo traveler. These are the things I love about Kokomo. First you are greeted with love and it is genuine. The villas are spacious and clean. You have a prepaid cellphone in the room. This is to help you communicate on the island so you are not stranded. The phone has the number of everyone you may need to contact. They also have a list of drivers that can transport you. After 9:00 pm any taxi that is not on the list of drivers cannot enter the premises. Which is an extremely great thing if you gonna out clubbing and returning late. Every staff member knows your name. They have transportation to the beach. Grocery stores and atm are in walking distance. Ms. Weenie goes above and beyond. She speaks every time she see you. That may not be a lot to some people but it is definitely something I appreciate. The food is good and the drinks even better. I never stay anywhere else when I come to Turks and Caicos. I truly appreciate and love this villa and staff. Thank you for always keeping me safe as a solo traveler.

Best of the Best!!!!

First trip to Turks and this place didn’t disappoint!!! The atmosphere, staff, food and surrounding areas were all amazing! Their private beach access, though not beachfront they provide daily shuttles to their reserved beach area. They provide a trusted circle of activities/taxis and onsite spa.  It’s perfect for relaxing and not too far from the island festivities if that’s what you desire. Everyone was very thoughtful and accommodating while I was there to celebrate my birthday. I recommend everyone to visit. I am already looking forward to my return. Not one single bad experience during the stay.

Simply beautiful!!!

The staff was so friendly and kind during our stay and they made my birthday trip very special. Housekeeping staff came daily to clean and provide fresh towels etc. KD and the chefs were great and the food was top tier. 10/10 all around!

Great Experience at Kokomo Botanical Resort

Excellent service even prior to the arrival at all the resort. Winnie, the manager made sure we had a smooth drive from the airport. We were greeted with big smiles and warm welcome from Parash and Sakkar at the gate. Served with cool refreshing drinks upon arrival. Hotel food was awesome and convenient shuttle service to the beach. Great room service and wonderful staff. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent Service

Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Service to and from beach and the beach is just off the tourist areas at Grace Bay Area so more quiet and less people. The water and beach is spectacular. Kokomo sets up the umbrellas and chairs in the beach. Residences are private with heavy tropical plants all around. Close by grocery store and stadium with track for any runners out there that want train. Nice restaurant and pool to cool off after day at the beach

First trip  to Turks and Caicos from Dallas

Alberto was the best. Greeted us with a smile and welcome drink. Paras from Nepal was so sweet and very helpful. Beautiful property. Very lush. Nice bar area. Located by walking distance to a few restaurants and grocery store. The bungalow had everything you needed. Great for families that want to cook. Shuttle to beach was nice. 

Great Stay

I blew a tire from the airport to the resort, and Wenie sent Gary to pick me up and called the rental car place. They sent a new car to Kokomo. Fortunately it got better from there. All the employees were great to work with. It was a very restful and enjoyable time.

Great place to stay

Not far from anything! Ten minutes from the airport, we stayed in bungalow 212. The rooms were very nice and the kitchen was bigger than expected. The ground are beautiful with tropical landscaping. The pool area is a great place to lounge day or evening with ample seating areas. We rented a car so we went out exploring much of the day, coming back to change or rest between reservations. Felt very safe with the gate and security. Booking excursions and reservations were easy and efficient and house keeping came regularly and did a great job. 
The restaurant on property was tasty but service was a bit slow. 3 hours for dinner for four was longer than we expected. The menu was mixed offerings but they excelled in the Asian style dishes. 
Our concierge & host was incredibly friendly and attentive and made us feel comfortable and welcome. We would definitely book again.

Great place to stay with group friends or family!

My 2nd time here!  Spent three awesome nights.  Same excellent service from the staff as last time so I know they're consistent on delivery.  Ultra top level cuisine with meat cuts flown in from Toronto's St. Lawrence market!  This is fine dining to a next level.  Resort is absolutely stunning with nature paths and next level scenery all around you.  The freshwater pool is FRESHWATER! And there's a semi personal hot tub just off to the side.  I visited other well known resorts but those are all basically the same type of resort you'll see anywhere.  This place is different.  Way more personal.  The staff gets to know you and they really care which is so different from larger resorts.  And man!, the massage I received!  They have this cool private spa right on the resort.  Was planning to get a massage a few hours before my flight back to T.O. but my timing in the morning didn't allow that.  SO, I got it done the evening before, had some light appies and knocked out on that luxurious King Sized bed.  Light's out.  Would I recommend??  Hell Ya
