Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and 3 month old. 
Apartment is stunning with everything you need, a travel cot had been put up for us and communication on the day of travel to tell us what we needed. 
Helen was on hand when we arrived late on the evening and trouble getting in which was resolved straight away. 
All cleaning needs were left under the sink even shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. Much nicer to come and go then a hotel.

Lovely Apartment

This was a great apartment in the centre of town which was fully equipped with everything we needed. Having a parking permit, albeit it expensive, was also useful.
From here it was a short walk into town and the local supermarket. The place was clean and spacious.

Great alternative to a hotel

We could not meet Helen in person, but she was able to guide us to the structure and let us know all the details in a very timely and effective way.
Everything was as expected: spacious rooms, modern (and someway stylish) furniture, equipment for everything you might want to do in-house (cooking, washing, cleaning).
With the blue label provide, to park almost in front of the apartment was a piece of cake - but in case of need there are other parking spots available.
The location of the apartment is a 5-min walk from the centre, so actually we could reach any interesting place on foot.
Overall, a quiet and relaxing experience, recommended for anyone, and very worth the money.

Amazing

I could write an essay on why you shouldn't stay here, but I'll do you a favour and keep to the 'highlights':

Dirty, dented pots and pans

Old, stained and broken furniture

Filthy worn out kitchen appliances - dirty toaster and microwave, mouldy fridge, didn't dare use the dishwasher

Unwashed, damaged kitchen floor

Mould in the bathroom

Untidy garden with furniture not cared for

Constant noise from other flats due to no soundproofing (I stayed in Flat 1)

Tired and cheap old electricals - TVs and hairdryer had all seen better days

Slow unreliable WiFi

Rats in the area outside the basement bedroom

This place was so expensive I couldn't afford to go anywhere else. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere in Bath for somewhere to stay, I don't know who wrote the glowing reviews on Booking.com but I've been renting holiday apartments for 15 years and I've NEVER stayed somewhere this dilapidated.

Avoid

We stayed here for 4 nights for our birthdays. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We got the last one at a slightly discounted price, which was reasonable for the facilities that were on offer. Yes it had a couple of problems, a slightly wobbly kitchen tap and a few minor decor issues, but can’t fault the location, Sainsbury’s is just across the road and Bath City Centre is only a 5 minute walk away. Bath is a lovely city with plenty to do Day and Night for a few days. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed for a long anticipated weekend but were very disappointed with the accommodation.  Having paid a lot of money for this apartment we wished we'd gone to a hotel instead. There were numerous problems with cleanliness and inaccurate description. The stairs to the upper bedroom were very steep which was a surprise.
 The plus points were the location which was an short level walk into the city centre, the parking permit and the large supermarket across the way. 
We are hopeful things will change for the better having been in correspondence with the manager of the property.  Our feedback  was well received and there is every expectation that things will improve.  We still think it is an expensive property and some good research may find you a better deal
