Second visit here and it won’t be the last. Wonderful quirky comfortable B&B with stunning direct views of Bembridge Harbour with its quiet beaches. Tony & Diane are excellent hosts. A special place. Highly recommended we’ll be back! ……..

Lovely accommodation with stunning views

Tony and Diane are a great couple, they couldn't do enough for us.  We had the Diana room which is the best room it is a lovely big room with a massive bed, a jacuzzi bath and separate shower. It has a great balcony with chairs and lounges so you can watch the big cruise ships going out. Breakfast is continental but it is big, you definitely don't go away feeling hungry. I am lactose intolerant and when Diane found out the next morning there was soya milk and soya yoghurt for breakfast. If it was possible to give it a six I would. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing weeks holiday.

Great Houseboat

A lovely 'different' B&B. Tony and Diane are brilliant hosts and strive to make your stay as lovely as possible. Lovely peaceful evening views across the harbour enjoyed from the balcony of the Diane suite. Can't fault this place at all.

Fabulous room and fabulous hosts

Just lovely!  Tony & Diane are terrific, super helpful and nothing is a bother.  They've set up for Covid really well and are doing a grand job.  This houseboat is wonderful .  We stayed in the suite with private balcony and it was gorgeous!  The most spectacular views across the harbour, which even bad weather couldn't spoil.  Comfortable spacious room with everything you could need.  We highly recommend a stay there.  Top marks!  If you're looking for some chill time, this is it ..

Weekend away

This wonderful property is owned by Tony and Diane who literally can’t do enough to ensure you are comfortable and happy in your stay. Tony greeted us on arrival and showed us around the wonderful communal area which is shared with one other room ... covid ... masks only needed if you are in that space together.  Our room ‘the don’ was downstairs but had lovely decking area and overlooked a pretty garden. The communal area has huge tv and outdoor space so in good weather it’s perfect. Room also has fridge for milk and wine etc. That was appreciated, The boat is luxurious... comfy and clean. Breakfast was wonderful... it’s continental we enjoyed it. We do want to say that a full English would have made our stay beyond exceptional... but you can get this at a few local places we recommend fox’s in Bembridge for booking as their dinner was 10 star xxx back to review ...we loved our room xx loved our hosts .. the road was it noisy but if in suite Diane you won’t hear. I’m a hater of barking dogs and think owners terrier dog got upset .., it didn’t bother sleep at all. Most people probably wouldn’t even notice it. It’s a special place ... I’m booking the suite next time purely for the spa bath ... because the communal space allocated to the Eve and Don is wonderful! Loved our weekend thank you xxx we will be back xxx

Outstanding stay ... totally unique

We are here right now and have just finished an amazing continental breakfast. The owners have clearly worked hard and thought out every last detail to make sure their guests are safe and extremely comfortable. The setting is amazing. We are here to visit the Island but I could happily stay here all day on our terrace just watching the harbour. This is a very luxurious houseboat , we even had a spa bath this morning! Everything thought of , towelling robes, hygiene slippers, breakfast on a table outside the door.  I highly recommend this houseboat.

First class

Tony and Diane were amazing! Nothing was too much of an ask and they were very welcoming! The boat was spotless and had amazing views looking over the harbour, especially when the sun was setting! The location was perfect and if you’re looking for a nice restaurant in the evening I highly recommend The Duck in Ryde! It was absolutely amazing and we will most certainly be back!

Had a fantastic stay!

What a great place to stay! Had a weekend in Bembridge on our friends boat and choose to stay at Harbourside View. Lovely room, spotlessly clean and fresh, Breakfast bag replenished daily with plenty of pastries, Ham, Cheese, Fruit, you name it we had it. Tony and Diane were wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble, just one small moan was that there were no hot and cold markers on the shower taps, and the water was extremely hot.

Lovely Little find

Fantastic accommodation, lovely room (we had the big upstairs room with balcony), huge spa bath and delightful breakfast. Superb hosts. Amazing experience. Lovely little touches like fresh fruit, chocolates and a fridge I the room.too. Nothing more to say!
