What was bad
I went to report a sick stain on the carpet and the man on reception said they would clean it up he came and looked at it as I got back to the property it was still there and my 22 month old baby kept going to touch it so we had to block it off so she couldn’t get there, I phoned up and asked for a refund but wasn’t aloud one as we still stayed in the property I wasn’t going to look for another property at 9/10 at night this was unacceptable
