Can't fault this place especially with the budget I had for a family budget it's a little gem hidden away the owners a very friendly did everything that we asked and went above and beyond playing games with our kids we felt very welcome had fun times went out of her way to keep family happy and safe and going. Amazing in Blackpool

Superb hotel, Came to stay for the night as was out in Blackpool, Zara was very friendly and welcoming.

Room was spotless and the bed was very comfy, and there was even a full English breakfast in the morning.

Will be staying here again when I visit blackpool.

Fab hotel

Stayed here for 1 night as needed somewhere cheap and cheerful and was pleased with our stay. Zara was very friendly and welcoming. Cant beat £30 for 2 adults for a clean and comfortable room, free parking onsite, view of the top of Blackpool tower from our room and a cooked breakfast after a good nights sleep. Bargain!x

Good budget B&B with perfect location

After reading so many bad reviews about this b&b I felt compelled to write a review. If you are expecting The Hilton for your £30 you will be disappointed with the establishment, however if you are realistic and go In expecting a cheap and cheerful family run b&b you will be more than happy.
 Zara called us prior to our arrival to check what time we were arriving and was very pleasant when we finally got thee and bagged the last of the 2 parking spaces available (bonus 😃)
The room itself was of a good size with a separate toilet and shower room and although the bedding and towels were freshly laundered the room itself could have been cleaner and a coat of paint on the walls and doors would really make a difference.
Breakfast was a full English and a selection of cereals and toast and jam and was just what I needed to soak up the beer from the night before at the darts and the lady serving was very accommodating and friendly.
Overall for £30 you can't go wrong.

Cheap and cheerful

Just returned from a 1 night stay at the Marrine Hotel .we were greeted by a lovely lady called Cathy who made us feel very welcome, took our payment and gave us the keys (1hr and a half before check in time which was great!) Location of the hotel is ideal - everything in walking distance.

The room was fairly spacious compared to other similar properties we have stayed at within this budget and had everything we needed - free wifi, large tv, tea and coffee and a hot shower. Bed was comfortable. 

Breakfast was lovely, full English with a selection of cereals and toast. 

For the money - it was an absolute bargain, we would return.

Good budget accommodation in a central location

Just returned from  a 1 night stay at the Marrine Hotel .we were greeted by a lovely young lady I think her was Zara she made us very welcome. Yes our room was small but had everything we needed .Iy was clean,bed was comfortable .Breakfast was lovely we could help ourselves to toast ,tea&coffee and cereals I had the full English which was brill ,what do people want for £30 a night

Marine Hotel

Stayed with my 2 friends so had two rooms, yes they were basic yes they weren’t the most luxurious but what do you expect when you pay £30?!?! You get what you paid for and this was more than fine :) Zara (the manager) was very kind and friendly when we arrived, the breakfast was nice too! Would stay again x

Stayed here with family, including 2 children. 

Room was basic A new bed is definitely needed in the room. Has marks and a tear. Rooms Could be doing with a decent upgrade.  Owner did make us aware of the damage to the bed caused by a previous family.  She didn’t have to but was honest enough to be upfront about it.

Room had a toilet, shower, TV. Everything you need for a nights stay.  Room overlooked car park at the back where we parked our car due to only being 2 spaces at the front of the hotel. We were made aware of the parking by the owner before we arrived so this wasn’t an issue, the car park was only a 2 minute walk round the back. Cost £10 for roughly 12 hours. Free wifi as well. 

Owner was nice, She let us check in early but did ask for cash payment. told us everything we needed to know. 

At night on the other hand, disaster.  I wouldn’t stay here with a family. Location is probably isn’t the most desirable area of Blackpool, but is only 5 minutes to the centre. 

We had no sleep at night, kids were terrified due to the noise and disruption of other guests. I say guests, more like animals.  Drunks and idiots. Partying in the landing outside our rooms, falling top to bottom downstairs, loud music, smoking cannabis, drinking, in and out of their rooms and banging the doors every 2 minutes, shouting, swearing. Eventually asked to keep the noise down to due kids being scared, seen them all standing drinking, smoking etc. and to be left feeling extremely intimidated. This went on till about 3.30am/4.  

Left in the morning, to be greeted by the lovely people who were up partying.  To be stared at and revving their van at us. Couldn’t find the owner to tell her. 

Hotel is more suited for workies looking for digs, or parties of young people. 
Isn’t the hotel or owners fault because of the guests, but wouldn’t return with a family or with children.

Basic, but has everything you need. Wouldn’t come with a family.

Do not expect the Ritz this is not it but what it is is a cheap b&b somewhere to just lay your head after a night out or maybe a couple of days the rooms all need an update but the staff are fantastic and friendly and the breakfast was pretty good
