Both owners were very helpful really kind took myself and wife on late booking Friday night rooms spotless clean fresh bed n pillows  great  good sleep both nights breakfast woow great only disappoint was this morning breakfast I missed travelling  back home  miss traffic early doors give this 10 out 10 me and wife definitely be back great work too  both of you  big thank you again

I booked through booking.com and they cancelled my booking due to their mistake of wrong pricing on the website. I was due to stay Friday and Saturday night, now I’m having to find accommodation again.

Bad customer service

his was a last minute booking for one night, arrived after 3pm and was able to park outside the hotel. Got to say when we pulled up and walked in, looked a little date, however when we arrived in our room OMG we couldn't believe it - it was beautiful, décor was beautiful tea and coffee available in your room. We did not book breakfast so cannot comment as we only arrived in early hours and left by 9am but Matthew who greeted us was lovely very friendly and accommodating.

Matt and jane.were so welcoming and accommodated to all our needs .the rooms were  lovely and clean and the best thing was the location nice quite road and all the  shop and restaurant were in close approximately. And we will continue staying there every time we're in Blackpool

Love this little hotel. Always our stay to. Been coming back year after year for our little weekends away. It's on a side street so quieter away from the crowds aand noisy front. Jane and Matthew great hosts, very friendly.

Returnee

Friendly owner but dirty. Shower was so dirty with black mould couldn't use. They need to scrub the shower. Dust and dirt on skirting. Cushions where dirty and obviously hadn't been washed for some time. Needs a deep clean and mould scrubbed out. 

Dirty bed and breakfast 

Matthew and Jane thank you so much, we have had the most relaxing stay. Fabulous room, beautiful freshly cooked breakfast, exceptionally clean, quiet even though it was fully booked. You are lovely friendly hosts too. In our room there was everything - hairdryer, heaters, fan, iron, small table top ironing board and a radio alarm clock in the drawer. We can't fault anything at all, thank you so much, we really needed this little break away. 

You have restored our faith in Blackpool after an awful experience in another hotel in June.

Wonderful Little Gem of a Hotel (Already re-booked to go back in October)

After a recent bad experience and a different hotel this is the complete opposite of that hotel. Friendly, welcoming, clean and nothing too much trouble. Would we come back, the answer is yes. In fact already booked to come back in October. Highly recommended. 

Welcoming and clean, excellent 

Really enjoyed our stay here. The owners are so friendly and really accommodating. Breakfast was lovely and our room was nice and clean, beds were also really comfy.  Only negative was that the hotel corridors etc were a little old fashioned but apart from that everything else was excellent.

Lovely B&B and well located. Immaculate, serving excellent breakfast. Lovely hosts who have a great passion for the business and the result is a warm home away from home. 

We will definitely be returning whenever we are back visiting family nearby.
