Arrived, reception very friendly and helpful. Room was just right, clean, just what you’d expect. Had breakfast and dinner in Beefeater attached to hotel, service great, must book table as gets very busy especially at weekends.  All in all suited our requirements for a couple of nights.

Great stay

I have been staying as a guest here because of a water leak at my house. All the staff, and in particular  Helen and Emily have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable in every aspect.  Nothing is too much trouble for them and their professionalism and caring attitudes have made a bad situation a lot easier for me.

Been staying at the hotel since July and it's almost become my second home . excellent service from the staff especially Helen built up a great relationship with all the staff including the excellent service from the beefeater next door .would highly recommend clean comfy beds can't wait to come back at end of Jan

Excellent service

I like to say my stay has been welcoming , comfortable, rooms are clean , the staff are always friendly with a smile , and to help with any issues you might have , Helen been great too , making sure are rooms are to our requirements , Emily too when we need  our parking issues sorting out , when you forget to register your number plate in , overall a reliable ,  comfortable and relaxing stay .

The Best Stay, ( for me in long while )

Stayed for 3 nights, room was clean, staff were brilliant at both Premier and Red Lion (Beafeater) next door, the food was great with a good choice, just explored the area on public transport which was clean, regular, on time and stops just a few steps from the hotel, would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable

Positives: Greeted fabulously by gent at reception who booked our breakfast and upgraded our booking to add evening meal which was great value for money. 
I love Premier inn accessible rooms as a person with mobility needs and this room didn't disappoint. Fresh, clean, warm and dark, comfortable, just what we needed. 
We didn't go into Blackpool but could have done so easily bh public transport if that was an option for us, unfortunately it's not but only due to my mobility.
Negatives: may seem picky to some but here I go; only one set of towels in room booked for two. 
Unable to get answer at reception using the number on the website for the hotel and tried a few times.
Bathroom bin in completely wrong place for most people with accessible needs. 
Armchairs in reception in dire need of deep cleaning.
We will return here as it's the closest Premier Inn to where we like to visit for peace and quiet and friendly staff always.


Accessible needs catered for

Great hotel, nice and quiet out the centre, wonderful breakfast, free parking and short walk to the tram to get into the centre of Blackpool.
Staff very friendly at check in and in the beefeater next door!!

Stayed at this hotel a number of times and it is convenient for my needs as I need an accessible room. The hotel was clean and tidy and had all the facilities I needed, the staff where friendly and helpful at all times

Christmas with family

Stayed overnight for the illuminations and the room was very clean and beds comfortable. Staff were friendly, guy on reception made you feel welcome and less awkward checking in. Quite far out of blackpool centre though I wouldn't reccomend it if you don't have a car, taxis and the tram would get expensive.

Lovely hotel 

I have been staying over twice a week for 4 months for work and wanted to thank Richard from the front desk. He has been very friendly, funny and made me feel welcome from day one. Rooms were nice and breakfast at the premier inn is highly recommended where Sandra will look after you!
