The staff were great and provided a travel cot for the little one too, really friendly and great price. nice and close to the seafront. Perhaps not ideal if you have more than one child but absolutely ideal for a couple or quiet getaway. Good experience all in all

Arrived at this hotel on the Saturday 28th August for the bank holiday weekend but decided to extend our stay for the rest of the week. I admit it could do with an update but what made our stay here was the hosts, Zoe and Liam they went out of there way to make your stay there   as comfortable as they could, nothing was to much trouble for them, All I can say is keep up the amazing work you are both doing as your both doing a brilliant job

Little break

Zoe and Liam were amazing! Place could do with being updated, ie curtains, carpets and bedding etc.. Zoe washed and cleaned bedsheets and towels, they smelled amazing. Both hosts were down to earth and amazingly helpful also great with the kids too.  We would definitely come back

Amazing hosts! Makes it that bit better

Was moved here from coco beach . 
On arrival Zoe and Liam was there to welcome us (what lovely people) couldn’t help enough and was great with the kids . 
We explained our bad experience at coco beach and they did everything to make us feel welcome and WARM . 
The place smelled lovely and nothing was to much trouble for them . 
The kids was happy with the dart board and ping pong table . 
 The room was the bottom floor family room couple bed and bunk beds with a toilet sink and shower ( this room was freezing - the toilet and shower room )  the room had heaters instead of radiators which Zoe was lovely enough to say take as many as you like . 
Overall staff was on point and went above and beyond . More people need to be like these 2 .

Moved from coco beach

Does what it says on the tin. Budget hotel. Its clean and hosts are friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a family room with a private shower and wc, as we'd booked two double rooms for us and our adult kids. We had a great nights sleep and all had a nice hot shower in the morning. Perfect for Blackpool as we were late back after the theatre and lights. 
Plug sockets in the family room could do with being relocated as we ended up putting the kettle on the floor by the bed. 


Great little budget room 

Avoid this hotel at all costs, I'm fact sleep in your car or on the street, trust me you'll thank me for the advice.

I've stayed in some hotels in my time, but this establishment is quite simply the dirtiest most unhygienic place I've ever had the misfortune to end up at.

I've served 37 years in the army, I've enjoyed a few rough places to sleep at, I'd rather sleep in my basher on the street than ever step foot in this place.

Both our rooms where quite simply dirty in fact I doubt they've ever been cleaned. So 15 minutes later we left, yes lost our money but better to find a new hotel than catch the plague.

I'm sure they will enjoy a vist from environmental health next, as our photos and fully written report will be ending up in their direction.

How they are still allowed to trade is beyond belief, I'm arguing with booking.com now under false advertising!

Horror Hotel

booked in by company ..looked and booked myself to a other place ..would sleep in a door way before here.. total yuk i would sleep in a skip full of pig waste before here would give it out of 10   minus 1 trillion billon million  plus 1

Wow. This is definitely an establishment to AVOID. I'm accustomed to 'roughing it' and totally believe that you get what you pay for, but this place doesn't even meet the very most basic of standards. 
On arrival, the communal areas are dirty, untidy, and smelly. 
Up in the bedroom, the room was very small, with no area or provision to hang any clothing. The bed was small with an extremely lumpy mattress. Springs sticking out on the side, causing a skin tear by walking past the bed. The TV didn't work, the window was broken, the bedding was stained, pillows were extremely thin, and only 2 provided.  The en suite was small, mouldy, and dirty. Downstairs, it appeared the hosts were having a party with people shouting loudly, swearing, arguing, drinking, and taking dr*gs. There are other budget b&bs in Blackpool that can offer so much more. Room was £35 a night, managed to find a room for £19 which far exceeded the standards of this hell hole. Please avoid and find somewhere else.

Absolutely vile

We arrived at the driftwood yesterday to a locked door with two numbers on the door saying we could call for help. Both numbers were rang numerous times, but nobody answered. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm and as it was only 1pm we left our car on the drive and walked into town to take the kids for lunch etc. We walked back to the driftwood at 3.30pm and again the door was locked nobody was answering when we called the numbers left on the door. Another family then arrived and were locked out with us, we were all stood outside in the heavy rain with children getting absolutely soaked. A man then came to the door and told us that he was renting a room, we noticed random people coming in and out of the doors that weren't staying at the property it didn't seem very safe for young children maybe a stag or hen doo but I wouldn't advise families staying at this place. Anyhow we didn't get to view the room we were supposed to stay in because nobody was available to check us in. We ended up going asking a few other b&bs if they had any rooms available but they were all full (the ones we asked). We ended up driving home luckily we only live an hour and a half away so we didn't mind we much preferred to drive home than stay in that mess. Something seedy seems to be going on in there alot of unusual men in and out I would not have young children staying there. DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND IF YOUR UNLUCKY ENOUGH TO GET INTO THE ROOMS THEN GOOD LUCK!
