Fabulous accommodation ! Super comfortable bedroom and we loved the personal conservatory where we had an excellent breakfast. Our host was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We also had a visit from the resident cat. 
Sadly we understand that it has now closed down. Such a shame my wife and I didn’t come across it a few years back. Anyway a lovely memory!

Excellent B&B!

We had a lovely week in this cottage.  The facilities are first class. Good size TV, very large comfortable bed. Large room with plenty of cupboard space and the added bonus of a large modern conservatory attached.
Fridge with milk , water etc replaced daily. Large fruit bowl, biscuits, coffee and tea facilities. Everything you could need is included.
The breakfasts are amazing and nothing is too much trouble.
Jackie is the perfect host and we could not have been better looked after.
Location was perfect for us, easy walk to beech and loads of space to park the car .
This was a good choice by us and we would thoroughly recommend Coach House Cottage to anyone looking to stay in Bournemouth.

First class B & B. Large , very clean , comfortable and good location.

Jackie and Georgie were wonderful hosts. It was lovely having breakfast delivered to the room and was lovely having chats with Jackie over the mornings we were there. It was also only a short walk to the centre of Bournemouth. Georgie was a wonderful cat, wanting head scratches in the mornings :D

Spotless clean, super comfortable and charming host Jackie. Delicious cooked breakfast, great location, within easy reach for walking to Bournemouth Beach at the pier area. Car parking in property's own driveway. Also within easy walk to Bournemouth Rail and bus stations. Would certainly book again if returning to Bournemouth

Wonderful, relaxing stay

Perfect from start to finish. Jackie, the host, is the most welcoming and friendliest person ever. Nothing is too much trouble. She has catered for everyone's needs. Full on breakfast which is served in the attached conservatory. Beach and town within easy walking distance. All the little personal touches in the room you can think off. We will definitely book to come again. It's just such an excellent location full stop. 

Perfect Getaway!

Wonderful - the host, the room and conservatory , the bed, the food, the location. We will be going back and recommending to friends. 

Tucked away so quiet but writhing easy reach of everything.

Even has a Handy corner shop at the end of the road .

Have just returned from 4 nights at Coach House Cottage and couldn't have picked a better place to stay!  Everything perfect - accommodation roomy and spotlessly clean, bed huge and very comfortable. Added bonus of a private conservatory, where delicious breakfast was served, owner Jackie very friendly and helpful (and should you like cats, the resident house feline, Georgie, is also very welcoming!) Position perfect for me as travelling by public transport with rail and coach station within walking distance, as are the town and beach.  Just wish I could have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again if in Bournemouth.

Loved our room here, lady running it was friendly, bed was comfy, everywhere very clean and Breakfast yummy. I loved having our own dining area (conservatory) to eat breakfast (and play Scrabble at night)  loved the magic refilling fruit bowl. Room was cleaned everyday while we were out and everyday the fruit bowl was refilled. Excellent we couldn't be happier.  We feel completely relaxed. Thank you

Lovely long weekend

I stayed 5 nights in the upstairs room which is spotless and spacious. You feel as if you have your own little apartment. The breakfasts are delicious and cooked perfectly.  Bottled water, fresh milk and fruit always available in the room.  And Jackie really does think of your every need. I could not recommend more highly.

Absolutely fabulous and Jackie was a great host , very friendly and her home was spotless clean and covid safe, Breakfast was excellent cereals,cooked breakfast,toast fruit juices coffee ,tea ,everything you needed , location fab to reach everything , would definitely recommend .
