I stayed in this Premier Inn for one night whilst I was visiting the area to see family. I could not fault it. I stayed in room 8 it was on the main road side of the building. I was concerned if I would be disturbed overnight, but It was fine I the room was clean and tidy. It was a fairly small room for a Premier Inn, but as it was only Me, so wasn't an issue. I was also allowed to check in at 11 as the room was ready for an additional £10 when I'm back in the area, I will be staying again. It's an older Premier inn, but it's still quite well kept

Value for money great staff will be going back food was amazing local to beach easy walk to Bournemouth local bus stop outside friendly staff in pub friendly staff in hotel breakfast was very good dinner was very good great value for money

I stayed this hotel while visiting my parents who live in the area. Small hotel with its own car park. Clean, convenient location and friendly staff. Pub next door is okay, good food and reasonable price.

Small and friendly

I stayed here unfortunately on my own as my husband was unable to join me. I had travelled down in artic weather and was glad to have landed at the hotel
I was greeted by the most lovely staff members who welcomed me with hearty smiles, I was given my key and had explained to me that there were heaters in my room as they had technical difficulties with the heating which I was more than fine with.  I went to my room which was warm and cosy and a Christmas card and chocolates which made me feel very welcome and happy all together I had a most relaxing stay which made my journey home the next day with my daughter from uni very easy 
A massive thank you to all of the staff and an even bigger thank you for enamelling me to change a date on another nights stay as I have sprained my shoulder mussels and unable to drive for another 6 weeks . A very happy new year to you all

What lovely staff

Stayed with my girlfriend for a mini holiday staff were great room was lovely bed was super comfortable room was quiet the food at the restaurant was delicious each time we visited again fab staff as well

Great experience

when i entered my room i found a christmas card and a selection box of chocolates. I think this is a really nice touch. The lady on reception Mary helped me to book my table for breakfast and gave a local recommendation of a restaurant and places to visit in Bournemouth. Lovely quiet hotel with staff that make you feel welcome and at home.

We would like to thank the Manager at this hotel, who was on duty on the Friday morning of the Airshow. We were staying at a different Premier Inn further up the road, and despite trying to book for breakfast with them numerous times, and being told we didn't need to, we were appalled to be told on the 2nd day of our stay that we couldn't have breakfast if we hadn't booked! We were told if we wanted breakfast, we would have to come here. The Manager here happily accommodated us, despite the fact we were a group of 10.  He was apologetic for what we had experienced at our own hotel, and went out if his way to help.  The breakfast was cooked much better than at our hotel, so much so that we booked here for the next days breakfast too, without any problems whatsoever. Maybe this Manager could pop up the road and show their Manager how it should be done. Thank you again for your help and hospitality. After meeting you, we redeemed a bit of faith in the Premier Inn group.

lovely reception staff and cleaner, the hotel outside could do with a bit of a paint but otherwise couldn't complain about anything.  didn't go into the pub for food so I can't comment on that.  there is a bus stop outside if needed as well 

Nice stay

Hotel looks a bit tired. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was part buffet but you needed to order cooked breakfast and not everything advertised on the menu was available - such as the muffins. Not very centrally located so a car is really necessary - ample free parking on-site. All in all, pretty good value.
