Great location by the harbourside. Lovely premier plus room - warm, clean and spacious. Full bath and shower, mini fridge and coffee machine in the room. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Parking was a 5 min walk away, but we knew that before booking

Great option for a city stay

Good sized room, fantastic position , good value. So pleased there was a bath. Friendly reception, would defo book again.close to the centre of town. Tea and coffee supplies but no biscuits. Might be noisy if you need to leave your window open but there is aircon

Great spot

Check on was very quick and easy, the staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel and restaraunt was clean and good standard. Room was perfect and the restaraunt food was great. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bristol centre

Long weekend in bristol

First the good parts, the breakfast is actually pretty decent in that they will cook it fresh for you next door.
But the bad parts outweighed this, in my opinion. Room is so-so. Pretty dated, has the feeling that it can only get so clean. And most importantly for me as I’m on business, the wifi is total crap. I even paid for the premium - waste of money. The premium is like really really bad wifi, and the regular is totally unusable.
I would like to propose that the Premier Inn catch up with the times and get some usable internet. Very disappointing in this regard and has made my stay extremely frustrating.

Terrible wifi. Do not stay here if you need even passable wifi. It’s that bad.

Great location. Parking nearby easy.  Download the app to save time before you arrive. Sound of the person in room next door snoring so loud I couldn’t sleep a wink. 

Nice to be on the water side. But pubs there very loud.

Building could do with a major upgrade and refurbishment. Very dark and limited in space inside. Passing traffic on the road will vibrate on the inside walls. Breakfast menu says vegan on continental option. No vegan or dairy free items put out during breakfast. Rooms were not smelling fresh. 

Not the best of locations and hotel

We've stayed here before and came again as the location is excellent - in the old city and a short walk to the harbourside area.   

We were in room 301, very large and no other room next to us so no noise from other guests.  Reception staff were very friendly, always greeted us on arriving/leaving the hotel.

Housekeeping isn't done automatically, but you can request it.  There is a supply of tea/coffee etc at reception that you can help yourself too if you need more supplies.

Excellent location in the old City

I was awoken by footsteps above. This is an issue structurally rather than other guests being thoughtlessly noisy. I love Premier Inn as a brand and have never had reason to complain before, despite numerous stays, so felt confident that they’d refund my room in accordance with their “Goon Night’s Sleep Guarantee” but they haven’t and the emails I’ve received regarding it are disrespectful. They were my go-to hotel, always. I feel really let down. 

Couldn’t sleep yet no refund

As always the premier inn hotel chain is among the best in value for money. 
No compromise in sleep quality, perfect mattress, huge room that everything is brand new, perfect air conditioning system, flat TV, room that is quiet as nobody can imagine, safety. 
In this hotel you get 5 star service in room and sleep quality. What is missing and you are actually not paying is the absence of lobby. Me, personally I wouldn’t pay for it. But I wouldn’t either go to a hotel with a bad and old room and bathroom. This premier inn hotel is amazing. Just amazing. There is nothing more that you can ask from a hotel and everything in a bargain price. 
Also a cheap in price but not in quality breakfast that will give satisfaction. 
The location of this particular hotel in Bristol was not only excellent but exceptional. 
For every single penny spent on this hotel, customer gets 100% satisfaction. 
This is why I will choose premier inn. 
There is even free of charge Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Best value for money without compromise

We stayed at this Premier Inn as we went to see a matinée show at the Bristol Hippodrome. The hotel is in a great location for the city centre and provided a great base for our short break in Bristol.  Breakfast was served next door and was excellent value and freshly cooked with table service.
