On the last night of our Scotland tour we've stayed at the wonderful Roslin Cottage managed by Lucy and Sid. And by far, this was the best B&B we've had during our holiday (or any holiday for that matter). 

My wife has a gluten intolerance, and we've notified our touring agency about this. Non of the other B&B's knew about this, or could or wanted to do anything with this to our disappointment. What a relief it was to come to Roslin Cottage and hear Lucy ask my wife how bad it was, what she needed and telling her that she has several options for her. We didn't even have the chance to aks her, she beat us to it! Now THAT is customer service! The room was fantastic too, and the bathroom had a nice and relaxing bubble bath. 

The breakfast was prepared by Lucy's husband Sid, who made us a fantastic breakfast. Truly the best we've had on our holiday. What a shame we only got to spend one night there.

If we go back to Scotland (no, WHEN we go back), we'll make sure to spend a night (or 3) at Roslin Cottage! Thank you Lucy and Sid!!!

Wonderful

We Loved staying here! Lucy & Sid were wonderful. We had an on suite, and we were very happy. Breakfasts were great, and their Patio & Garden were Beautiful.

Scottland & Ireland B and B

We stayed for two nights in Roslin Cottage with Lucy and Sid. Clean rooms, good beds, very friendly people and both make excellent breakfasts. Parking available 50 meters from the Cottage.

Nice stay

A real home from home; warm, comfortable, clean and cosy. Slept like a log in the tiny room overlooking the garden and ate like kings at breakfast. Sid and Lucy combine professionalism with friendliness to perfection - can't recommend it highly enough.

Very clean and comfortable. 

Lucy gives great attention to detail.   Made the trip for us.   Breakfast was outstanding.  Made us feel right at home.   Place is walking distance to town.    Lucy gave us excellent directions to a near by falls.  Just beautiful.
