This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Residential Estates City Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is no reception or luggage storage at this property. Please note that City Suites requires a copy of your ID and completed booking form to be sent to the specified email address within 48 hours of placing the reservation. Guests are advised the same credit card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. The lead guest name has to match the name on the card used to make the reservation and the photo ID uploaded.
