Lovely quiet cottage set back from little seaside town, but 5 mins walk to the seafront.
Hosts are knowledgeable and friendly rooms very clean and welcoming.
Breakfast is amazing so much choice perfectly prepared with great service.
This is our second year staying here for a family get together so we will be back next year.

Hosts were very friendly and we arrived much later than anticipated

Surprise visit to family

Personable friendly hosts, perfect breakfasts, clean rooms, comfy beds. Hosts went out of their way, providing a special extra breakfast item, posting on a forgotten item after. An Ideal long weekend.

A warm welcome awaits at Willow Cottage 

I Revisited Dymchurch as I used to live there and found the Willow Cottage to be an excellent gem to stay. I stopped for a week in a well decorated room, tried everything on the breakfast menu and found the hosts willing to go beyond the norm to provide a welcoming stay. The pictures on this site are old as Willow cottage has been spectacularly redecorated and modernised to a high standard. Very reasonably priced too. Probably the best place to stay in Dymchurch without being ripped off. I will definitely stop there again.

The only gem in Dymchurch

We stayed at Willow Cottage for just one night.  Our room was spacious, airy and spotlessly clean. It looked as if it had just been renovated, the paint work was all very fresh in soft tones. 

The owners, Helen and Paul were lovely and have clearly put a lot of effort into renovating the cottage, so ignore older reviews and photos, it’s now bright, fresh and tastefully decorated. 

There was a good choice of options for breakfast and it was delicious. 

We stayed on a very hot day and made good use of the fan in the room. We did find the standard size bed a little snug compared to the super king we’re used to but that’s personal preference.  It did have a comfortable mattress. Bathroom was again spotlessly clean, with nice towels and complimentary little toiletries. 

He tea and coffee tray was simple but had everything we needed, including bottled water, but the homemade biscuits took it to a higher level. 

The off road parking was also very handy.

Bright, fresh, airy and spotless, a lovely room.

This place is stunning, so beautiful inside and out, lovely hosts with superb communication. Fantastic breakfast and it's a 2 minute walk to the beach, beautifully clean throughout and off road parking. Dymchurch has a lovely golden sand beach and plenty of little shops and amusement arcades. Highly recommend this place, will be back!

Would give them 6+ stars if I could, great little place!

Lovely cottage with lovely hosts. Our room was very quiet and tastefully decorated. Ideally situated for local attractions, we visited Dover castle and Cissinghurst castle. Pub, shops and restaurants also very nearby. High quality breakfast. Will definitely come back.

Perfect cottage in perfect location. 

Having stayed in Dymchurch previously we found this cosy B&B Close to all amenities. Having only 3 rooms it was ideal for our little group, all the rooms were well decorated, clean and nicely furnished. Each room had its own on-suite , hairdryer and tea making facilities. Breakfast included cereal, full English if that's what you wanted but the owners were more than happy to accommodate changes.
In all were very pleasantly surprised and will most definitely looking to re-book next year

Fantastic stay for 3 days. Five star accomodation.Paul and Helen were fabulous hosts and went above and beyond to cater for our needs. Room exceptional and  very clean. Close to the  seafront with its sandy beach and ample off street  parking.

Short break

Stayed here for 1 night. Helen and Paul are fantastic hosts. Cottage is beautifully decorated with little touches that make it a wonderful stay. Bed is comfortable room is spotless. Home made cookies left in room upon arrival and miniature bottles in bathroom of lotion  and shampoo. Breakfast was plentiful and nicely cooked. The cottage is a stone throw away from the shops and beach. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Helen and Paul for a pleasant stay and for this lovely gem that you have made beautiful.
