If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property is fitted with a noise monitoring device, it monitors the level of the noise but does not record conversations or audio. If excessive noise or a party is detected, and the noise continues, you may be asked to leave and will lose your security deposit.
