This is quite simply the nicest Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. The room was really nice, spacious and the best was very comfortable. En-suite was well decorated with a large walk in shower.

Breakfast was also very good and is a great thing if you have kids as 2 kids eat free per 1 paying adult.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough as it is great value for money.

Nicer than the Glasgow Hilton

This is a newly refitted Hub and is very clean and friendly. Staff are very professional and helpful and the cooked breakfast is made to order. We had no issues whatsoever on our stay and our room was spotless. Conveniently located next to Waitrose and other amenities. Is directly connected to a Beefeater restaurant from reception area.

One of the Best

This is our go to Premier Inn. The staff are friendly and helpful and always make you welcome. My recent visit was to celebrate a special birthday and the staff gave me 2 small bottles of wine and a box of chocolates. How lovely was that! The newly upgraded rooms are spacious, clean with really comfortable beds and pillows.

Welcoming, clean and comfortable hotel.

New refurbished standard rooms are excellent and long overdue. This has to be the minimum standard across the board now. 

Clean, light, airy, surrounded by shops and the restaurant attached is a beefeater (the best of the premier inn restaurants) in my opinion. 

All staff were great. 

Be mindful of the beefeater stops serving food at 9pm but Google states it’s open until 11pm. 

My only complaint - the phone signal and WiFi at this hotel is horrendous. The hotel WiFi is absolutely pointless as well. 

Would I stay again…absolutely.

New ‘Next evolution style’ rooms are amazing.

Given a room near reception which felt safe for a solo traveller. Donna at reception was very friendly. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. There were some unexpected gifts in my room too. A lovely surprise.

Great stay, good location, kind staff, comfortable bed and good breakfast, great value for money. Would definitely stay again. Booking in and out was effortless. although, I did have to call the help line to make the actual booking as the website wasn't very good

Very clean and comfortable room thanks to Donna, who helped with our request to be on the top floor in a quiet area.

Premier Inns are Premier Inns. I like the rooms, the restaurant next door etc. Fantastic impression from the start at reception with a friendly, helpful and enthusiastic Donna. Great to see. Cheered me up after a hard day. Room is spotless as always, quiet too. Will probably check this hotels availability when I am next in Glasgow where as before it has always been done on price. Good work!

Premier Inns are mostly the same but the staff can make one stand out from the other..

The manager and onsite team at PI were delightful and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Thank you for the warm welcome

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

One of the best Premier inns I’ve stayed in. Staff are friendly & helpful. The bar is nice, the breakfasts are great value for money. We have stayed here 4 times now on the way to the highlands for adventures and to meet friends that live close.
