10 min walk to railway station, Wey river view, quite new (as of July 2019), shopping mall nearby, parking available free of charge, & min to Guildford city centre by cab.

What was bad

Backside of the hotel overlooks railways, if you are sensitive to the sound of trains passing by, you might request a room on the different side.
