The hotel and the hotel room was well furnished and clean. The staff where very friendly and helpful. They gave us a Christmas cracker with a small chocolate and a party hat inside. I would recommend staying at this hotel if visiting Leicester. 

Good Hotel

Let me start off with saying WOW 
This hotel offered everything we needed for our nights stay , we were greeted by friendly staff on reception and then when we got to our room it was so clean and bright , the room was a lovely size and we had tea/coffee and biscuits , which we were allowed to ask for more when we ran out ….. the bed was so comfy with the most huggable duvet ever , didn’t want to leave the bed in the morning

Clean/big/friendly

We went for a night to stop over to get to York the next day. Great facilities and friendly staff. Would recommend. The breakfast is a short walk from the hotel which serves a great selection of hot and cold food. 

Great premier inn

I had an appointment at Glenfield Hospital at 9am. I wanted to arrive stress free and on time. I decided to stay the previous night at a hotel close by. The hotel was next door and was superb. I arrived on time and stress free.

Overnight stay

I always stay at this hotel when travelling for work.in and around this area, the rooms are always clean with good quality towels and bedding.  
The restaurant and pub attached (The Greene King)  does a good cavery and plenty of other good food choices. 
Well recommended hotel with good safe parking and friendly staff.

Great hotel in good location

Wow what a stay. Had the most welcoming attentive staff I could ever wish for.
Nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff members. My husband was in a hospital having major Heart Surgery and the staff were so supportive towards me, I just cant thank them enough. I went as a stranger and left as a friend. Food in the a joining restaurant was very good especially the carvery, plus you could have any food in a take away container if you so wished.

Nice friendly hotel.   receptionist brandon very professional and helpful.    Large carpark and good clean rooms with plenty of space.     Nice a quiet local area. Bar next door serving food was a bonus.

My husband and I have stayed at this Hotel many time's, never had any problems. It's nice & clean, comfy and staff are friendly. Unfortunately, on this occasion we didnt get a good night sleep due to noise coming from the room above us, when we told staff we were told there was a family staying in the room above. Staff also said maybe if we stay again, we should book a top floor room so as not to get disturbed. All in all not a good stay.

Bad Experience

Just spent a night at Premier Inn's Leicester NW hotel and would thoroughly recommend it to all.  The staff were very helpful with regard to adding an extra guest and providing rooms on ground floor with disabled access with parking right by the front door.  It was so clean and fresh as if the place had only just been built or refurbished - I wish my bed was as comfortable!

Fantastic service and very pleasant!

We recieved a phone call the day before asking for information and giving advice and when we arrived we had a welcome package including things for the children!

We’ve never been to this Premier Inn before but we would defo come back if we ended up coming back to Leicester!

Best premier inn we’ve been to for customer service!
