My friend and I were pleasantly surprised with this Premier inn. The staff are lovely and friendly and you can tell its genuine. There is a lift, the building is spotless and well maintained. We booked a twin room and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. We had breakfast the next morning and got there just before 10. They took our orders and cooked up my vegan options and my friends scrambled eggs to be brought out together.  It was a lovely space and a comfortable place to eat. Great breakfast! It set us up well for our journey home.

There is a really decent amount of disabled parking bays by the entrance but this didn't appear to be enforced at night, which is a bit difficult for genuine blue badge holders.

 I would 100% stay here again. Thank you.

Lovely gem of a place!

Excellent location and very comfortable room. Eat dinner in the restaurant and although the chice was basic, the meal was well presented and very good. The prices were lower than I expected and the quality was higher than I expected.  The only.issue with the hotel was that although the wifi was good in the bar and restaurant, it was non existent in the room.

The hotel is a little older however the both the staff and the cleanliness was amazing! I will definitely coming back with the rest of my family next time we are in Leicester. Thank you everyone for an amazing stay!

Great stay, older hotel but clean and great service,
Que for check in at 1.30 and we thought we were going early to avoid the ques! Reception very very helpful even waived the early checkin charge due to how busy it was, couldn’t have done anymore to help with the volume of people, for an easy out of town stay would recommend

England women’s match

Booked this hotel due to the ideal location as travelling for work. 

Arrival was easy and the car park was fairly empty. I parked easy and registered my car at reception. 

I was greeted by the lovely receptionist who allowed me to book in a little early. 

Went to my room. 
Now - the room was adequate. I was on my own and acceptably clean. Yes - it was a bit tired, but I slept really well and the room was totally blacked out by the curtains. 
The facilities were basic - but it’s all I needed. Decent TV that worked, with kettle (cheap PG Tips), fan, etc. 
Soap in bathroom and shower gel stuff. Shower was hot and fairly good. 

Reception was very nice with a nice lounge area & bar. 
I logged onto my work laptop and it was. Nice environment. Got a drink from the bar. 
There is WiFi which seemed to work fine on my phone. 

For dinner - I walked 0.7 miles along the main road to a local pub. The Black Horse I think. Very much for locals in a housing area, but it was very welcoming. 
I had a burger. Really good pub grub and would definitely go there again. 
Pint of ale which was ok. 

Following morning I went to breakfast at 7am. Lots of tables. Very good buffet breakfast - had everything I needed. 

All in all an excellent stay here.

This hotel is used by workman. Vans everywhere in the evening and hard working chaps arriving from all walks of life. 
It is what it is. 
Romantic night away? No - maybe not. (Although the bar in the evening was very quite and pleasant)

Need a place for work? Yes - 100%

Lovely stay, parking and other facilities are fantastic. My family enjoyed the stay at the hotel.

In the future if I get a chance then will book the room with this premier inn again.

I would suggest you all to book the room at this premier inn at Leicester.

Good Stay

Stayed here for two nights over a weekend, food good and room and staff were great, bit disappointing that there wasn’t air con but they did give us a fan! Warm in the room though,clean place good location not far from the motorway, City Centre not too far also!
