What was good

We liked the location, close to Duke of York Square, lovely food market on Saturdays. City bike close by makes it cheap and easy for getting around London. We liked the convenience of having our own exit to street instead if walking through the hotel and some outside space. Very spacious apartment with a sofa bed and all you need. We didn’t use hotel other than for checking in and out, staff were friendly. We were able to check in early. For the location, value and Space we would definitely book this apartment again.

What was bad

Handy the hotel has parking but it is so expensive, I think this puts people off staying in Chelsea. No air conditioning, lots of fans in room. Cleaning lady knocked on our door at 10.40 to clean, checkout is 11am, if she had checked with reception she would have known we were still in the room.
