Convenient, price was right, near public transport. Good Breakfast.
Friendly Staff.
What was bad
TV not good. hair dryer not working but the staff soon supplied us with another one.
I don't have dairy and didn't know I had to order soya milk the night before. But a little apple juice on my muesli went well.
More and more people are going without dairy so I think you should have been prepared.

Close to Paddington Underground and Train Station. Big rooms.
What was bad
Heating is only switched on later at night, it gets cold in winter during the day. They only have wifi service at the lobby, none in the rooms. Very disappointed with basic free wifi service. Hotel is very old and shamby looking on the inside.
