Very dirty. No bodywash or shampoo. Shower door would not close. Used soap bar in shower. Sharp objects in carpet. Bed Bugs. Had to check out much earlier. Place is rundown and not as advertised. Run by a shady guy. Looks like a place for squatters. I do not recommend this lodge at all. Surprised that travel companies still show this lodge on their websites.

Stay Away!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO CATCH SCABIES!!!!!!!!!! My daughter and I only stayed there because of the location and were unable to get another place to stay so close to Wembley stadium. After reading the previous reviews I can confirm that there is truth in every single one. The place is a health hazard and needs shutting down. I have developed scabies since visiting there - a rash appeared a few days after we stayed there - this has eventually got worse and I am now receiving treatment from the doctors for a scabies infection. I will be reporting them - it needs shutting down!

Absolutely Disgusting!

Myself and my partner booked a room to stay for one night after a nearby wedding. On arrival no one was there, we were greeting by a STENCH instead. The “reception” was a collection of furniture that looked like it had been left on the side of the road. When I called the owner, he sounded annoyed that we had shown up on time and that he had to come and give us the key. 

The room had not even been prepared for our stay. They then made us stand and wait in the squatters-looking reception room until they went up and changed the bed. (No cleaning involved whatsoever of the room itself)

On further inspection, the quality of the room and hotel space was diabolical. The room has not been cleaned since the 1800’s by the looks of things and the bathroom was even worse. I lost count of how many times I heaved while inspecting the room. I didn’t even take my shoes off and we held our luggage to avoid it touching anything. 

After some deliberation, we were forced to book elsewhere as we could not bare to spend another second at the lodge. Took our belongings and paid to get a taxi to a premier inn. 

We have now had to pay twice for the one night we stayed, and are being refused a refund even though we did not stay. I will be contacting authorities regarding the health and safety measures of the establishment, as it is simply unacceptable and I am concerned that they are profiting from other’s misfortune and discomfort. 

There is a clear disregard for cleanliness, the standards are absolutely unacceptable. I hope they can be closed down asap to avoid anyone else having to deal with this/them.

Booked this hotel for a colleague - he woke up covered in bed bug bites, the place is dirty, and in disrepair, broken toilet, missing windows, and mouldy.  Heard shouting all night, very thin curtains and smells of smoking. Free car park, was full all the time.

Booked as a last minute emergency for work as everywhere else was fully booked up or far too expensive. Where to start !!! The smell was disgusting on entry,I should have gone and turned around and left but work took priority. The staff where friendly ,but the place is a dump..  went to my room the smell still pungent,I have stayed in some places over the last 30 years but this is the worst ever. The bathroom was dirty ,mouldy , stained and pubic hairs on the toilet and a  filthy sink ,it doesn't look like anyone had cleaned up before I arrived so I went out and spent £20 on cleaning products and disinfectant before I could use any of the facilities. The only thing that was clean was the towels and sheets but that didn't stop me getting bitten through the night , obviously the mattress is riddled with bed bugs and by the end of the week I'm covered in bites. I couldn't wait to get out of there and I would never go back. I'd rather sleep in my car The place needs fumigating.....in this day and age I'm surprised they are still open for business,it's a health Hazzard, disgusting,dirty smelly place unfit for anyone. DO NOT BOOK HERE,AVOID AT ALL COST 🤬

The worst place ever AVOID

Stayed here for one night as needed to be near family.
The man on site was really nice but the whole building needs a massive revamp.
The room was terrible, broken side table, mould in bathroom, bathroom window Brocken and a boarded up window. The door to the room looked like it had a police enforcer mark on it. 
I am afraid I cannot and will not recommend this place. They need to clean it and sort it out. Just terrible all over. 

Worst Ever!

Place was falling  a part  cobwebs  in the room,  shower  room disgusting, and the room smelt of cats piss woke up the following  day to find my legs covered  in flea bites and a  very  large  dog sleeping  outside  one of the room's. Tried  to speak to  the manager  but he was no were to been seen  took my money  very quickly.

My wife and I were booked into this s£&@hole for a night. It should be condemned. Walls dripping of dirt. Smells of smoke throughout. Cigarette burns on the bedclothes. Taps hanging off handbasin. Handbasin hanging off wall. Afraid to use shower it was so dirty. My wife has 10's of flee bites from the bed. AVOIDE AT ALL COST. 

Worst place we have ever stayed 

Me and a work mate turned up after a 30hpur shift he took payment straight away so we went up to the rooms. Opened the door and we walked straight back down stairs asked for a refund which he refused. So we had to book somewhere else utterly shocking 

Rotten needs closing down 

Was booked here for work training. I was a lone female. This place was so awful I can't even say. It was filthy beyond belief.  How this place has been allowed to stay open is beyond me. I think it is possibly where prostitutes take clients. It was so bad I had to go to hospital due to being bitten alive by insects ...
